Foreword
Five years ago, a fourteen-year-old girl had a dream. Her dream began as a nightmare, portraying a twisted fairyland scarred by war, poverty, and brimstone. Yet even in this darkest of worlds, there was hope to be found - a beautiful young sojourner whose words echoed those of a Voice who was to be the Redeemer of all worlds - not just her own.
Thus Enaelo came into existence. The fourteen-year-old happened to be an aspiring author, and this story was one of the first she tackled full force, with every intention of making Enaelo known to the world someday. Over the years, the land of Enaelo took many forms in many different fragments of fiction. But today, those fragments have been brought together into one completed work.
Enaelo may seem to be merely a fairytale dreamland, and perhaps that's all it is. But as the author of this tale, I advise the reader to read my story once, then twice - paying close attention to what I've written in between the lines. You just may find evidence of your own world hidden there.
