Chapter 7

I woke up. I went outside my door. Then I still remember the complain last night. I felt sorry for Roel. If only there's something I could, but I can't abandon Gary all of a sudden. I've got to fix this. Everybody here in my house seems to be frustrated at me. So I'm against all of this. Summer is almost over. I got like 3 weeks to fix this. I tried knocking on Roel's door, he won't answer. I borrowed my daddy's keys and opened his door. I saw him sitting on a chair, looking at his window. I talked to him "Roel, are you okay?". "Huh? What? Oh hey Ky. Yeah! I'm great!" he answered. I tried going forward towards him and said "Hey. How about later let's go to the mall. My treat, okay?". "Sure! A day with my best friend will be great!" he answered. But I almost forgot, IT'S GARY'S BIRTHDAY. I told that to Roel. "Let's just go to his Birthday instead, if it's alright with you...?" I added. "Ummmm... sure. I wouldn't miss your boyfriend's birthday" he answered. I smiled and went outside the room.

Roel still loked himself up. It's like he's in a cell. But I'm happy that he would go with me to Gary's birthday. I called Gary.

Gary: Hello?
Me: HI GARY! Happy Happy Birthday!
Gary: Oh Babe! Haha! Thanks! Hey, later okay?
Me: Of course! my best friend, Roel, is coming also!
Gary: Yeah! Cool!
Me: Okay! Later!
Gary: I love you!
Me: I love you, too.

I ate breakfast. Then I took a bath. Gary's house is so far away, so we'll go an early run. So, I just wore a cute small pink dress with semi-high-heeled black shoes. Then again I knocked on Roel's door. The door opened. Roel has already dressed, then smiled at me. "WOW! You look good!" I said. "Thanks! So Gary would think I'm special to you at his Birthday" he replied. So he kinda escorted me out the house then my dad readies the car. I've realized something, dad hasn't been talking for quite a while since the complain yesterday. But I barely worried about it, I mean, that's dad so yeah. We've spent like 5 hours till we went to Gary's house.

We're here. Gary saw me and ran out. "Ahh! Miss Sandler. And Mr. Sandler I presume. AND OF COURSE! Her one and only best friend, Roel!" he said while he handshaked my dad and Roel. Gary held my hand while Roel is just standing beside me. "He seems nice" Roel said to me as he rolled his eyes. Dad is still silent. Gary pointed me to his party at the backyard and said "And here's where the magic happens". His house is pretty big actually, I'm impressed. And his backyard looks like the backyard of a hotel, a pool can fit in here! So we partied partied. Then I went to Gary and told him "Your pictures from the adventures from another country will be shown at the projector, right?". "Ummm....no. It won't be because the pictures are...ummm...somewhere hidden in the house, but that's a big house so...we don't have time to....look for...them. Yeah." he answered. "Oh okay." I replied. Roel was beside me all along and hearing all of my conversations with Gary. "Hey! Be careful with tat boy! He might be hiding something from you!" Roel said to me. Then the slow dance song came up. Then Roel tried to reach my hand, but Gary pulled me then danced with me. Me and Gary are slow dancing. Then we kissed again

~[ROEL'S POV]~

They're slow dancing and kissing. I hid behind the post near the back door, looking at them sadly. Then I nod my head and turned, back to the car. As I went to the car, Mr. Sandler was there. As me and Kyla realized, Mr. Sandler hasn't really been talking for a while now. So I think it's the time to talk to him. "Hey Mr. Sandler! How are you? It seems that you're silent all of a sudden since yesterday" I said. "Well, I've been thiking. Yesterday, while you and Kyla were playing, I was in the mall. Then I saw something or SOMEONE particular to my eyes, selling some socks. I think it was Gary but I hardly see him as a vendor. So that means that Gary is traiting her. Lying to her the whole time. But I highly doubt if that was REALLY Gary." Mr. Sandler replied. I was shocked when he told me that. I was just silent, and we waited for Kyla to come out.

Another Rainy morning everyone! I know it's still too early but I think it's time to make it all up to all of you readers so I wrote this long chapter. Haha!
