Nina's pov

I woke up in my chains again today, is it weird that I keep forgetting that I'm no longer a free woman who can make her own decisions, I realized that I'm underground and I am in a catacomb under the tunnels of anubis house, it's been 2 year's since I went missing almost 3

FLASHBACK

I was at the hospital visiting my gran after my trip with Fabian to Egypt and I got called into the hospital

I walked up to the front desk
"Hi um my grandmother is in one of your rooms I would like to know the number please " I said nervously to the reseptionist "why yes all I need to know is what your name is and I can tell you " " uh ok my name's Nina martin " she looked up on her cupboard "alright the room number is room 77on the 7th floor " she said, that's weird why is it all 7's I didn't really care though "ok thanks for your help "
I walked to the elevator it dinged and someone I remembered walked out "Eddie!? What are you doing here I thought you were visiting Venice Italy with Patricia " he looked shocked "oh hey Nina I was just visiting my grandfather  on my mom's side of the family, what are you doing here? " "my gran she's in room 77 on the 7th floor and I don't know why she's here." " oh OK well can I come with you" I thought about it for a second " sure we can catch up with eachother "

The elevator dinged and we stepped out and we talked about our brake "haha ,you fell in the river of Venice hahah." " yeah but it was all yacker ' s fault she got mad at me for staring at these girls that seemed odd and she got the wrong idea " " well that's Patricia for you " we finally made it to room 77 I opened the door and my gran was awake and deathly pale " hey gran it's me Nina? " "Nina how was Egypt?" She asked curiously "Egypt was good it was really cool to see all the architecture of the perimids "
"Nina I need to talk to you it's about your parents. ...they're. ....they're. ...."  she said obviously having trouble breathing "gran?....gran? ...GRAN!? "The heart monitor went to a loud endless beep " SOMEBODY PLEASE HELP ME, DOCTOR,NURSE, PLEASE ANYONE!!!" I started crying and Eddie left to find a doctor a few seconds later and he came back and with o few doctors "miss I need you to wait out in the hall please " I didn't respond I couldn't move I felt like my whole world was coming to an end "I'll take her" Eddie said and he took my hand and lead me out the door once we were in the hallway I cried harder and harder than I ever had and Eddie hugged me rubbing my uper back back and forth "shh it's alright you're ok " he said over and over again he pulled me close and I looked up at him and he wiped away my tears while I sniffled  "Eddie why does God hate me?" " god doesn't hate you ,If god hated you then I wouldn't be here " I dug my face in his chest and I fell asleep in Eddie's arms he put me on a couch and he sat at the end and he layed my head on his lap

"Hello miss ,sir?" We woke up and someone was in front of us "hello what do you need?  " Eddie asked "are you Nina martin " he asked  and I said "yes I am " " oh um well I'm sorry to tell you but your gran died from a heart attack " I didn't care about the words he said nor the touch of Eddie with his hands on my shoulder nor the smell of death and sickness and certainly I didn't care about
My life anymore ,I just started to cry silent tears  and the pain in my chest intensified "Nina I'm so sorry for your loss "
He hugged me again and I felt safe around him ,like if I wasn't in his arms the world would end ,if I didn't feel his touch I would die " um do you want burial or cremation? " burial ." I said in the middle of crying "where do you want her buried?" Asked the doctor "um Liverpool London " I said not sure about it

Time skip

"And may she rest in peace " said the priest I was crying the whole time not caring about anybody who saw me ,after the service Eddie came up to me "hey Nina my dad's taking me fishing want to come with?" " no I have to go back to America and pack, " I looked at my locket "hey Eddie I might be a few weeks late so I want you to look after this for me " I said taking off my locket and handing it out too him "are you sure ?" "Yeah it will just be a month so take care of it and while I'm gone you're in charge of sibuna " "alright fine but I'm your protector and friend so be careful " I walked closer to him and kissed him on the cheek "I will "I smiled
