RECAP
"I have no clue why you're soo pissy when Daddy calls or video chats with me while you, on the other hand, practically call him or video chat with him everyday. I'm lucky enough to talk to him once a month while you get to talk to him, like, 25 times a month. You know how hard it is to hear you brag on and on about how Daddy is so proud of you and your achievements when I barely have the time to talk to him? You either need to grow a heart, ro move to Iraq." I attempted to get up, only to cause more pain. "Austin, can you please bring me my wheelchair?" He obeyed and brought it over, even helped me into it. Finnick followed as Austin pushed me out of my room and into the hallway.
Zoro walks out of the room. "Wait!" We stop and turn around. "Do you think you could get me another pudding cup while you're out?" We turned around and, we don't care that this is more a of a children's hospital, flipped him off. We continued to flip him off until we turned the corner to go to the X-Ray room. This is my **favorite** part!
END OF RECAP
As we walked down the hallway, Finnick had this great idea that we would share one secret that we held from one of us for a long time. The hallway in the hospital is a great place to spill your inner most secrets, don't you think?
"You go first, Finnick, since this was your idea," Austin gestured towards Finnick. Finnick rolled his eyes. "It was your idea, was it not?"
"Yeah, I guess it was," Finnick admitted. He looked from side to side, seeing if anyone was listening in. "You remember the day you two started going out?" we both nodded. "Well, ironically, I was about to ask you out, too. In last block." He rubbed the back of his neck. "I guess the reason why I got mad was because I didn't get a chance to tell you my feelings, Zuri. I'm sorry."
"I accept your apology, Finnick." I shuddered. "Woah. I just a The Giver moment." They laughed, remembering how whenever someone did something wrong, they had to give a reason and apologize. "How about we have a sharing of feelings, afterwards?" They laughed even harder.
"Ok, Austin, it's your turn." Finnick gustered to Austin like Austin did to Finnick. Austin thought for a moment.
"Well," he paused for a moment, "Bonnie is the reason why I asked Zuri." Finnick glared at him with a death stare. "Let me finish. Let me finish. Bonnie could tell that I liked Zuri and had been convincing me to ask her out. Remember the month that me and her would hang out with each other at lunch and wouldn't let wither of you eat with us?" We both nodded. "Well, those were the times that she was trying to convince me. And I have to admit," he paused and looked down at me, "I haven't regretted that month ever since." He smiled and rubbed my head. Finnick still walked with his death stare. "It's your turn, Zuri. We've all admitted something, and it would be fair if you didn't."
I dreaded me telling mine. I sighed and began. "Remember that month that you spent with Bonnie?" Austin nodded. "Well," I never got to finish it because we got to the X-Ray room. Thank God, I'm saved.
