A.J's Point of View
You won't believe how hard it is. I sit in this chamber every day for who knows how many days. The food is a glop of gray stuff and the water tastes like rust. Every once and a while, they cart me off and experiment on me. Since then, they've managed to make my powers come early. I got superspeed, the ability to turn into anything, and something called mirror move, I can copy a power that someone else performs. The Magrons say they've learned to create powers, but it doesn't seem right. They let me train and practice but they won't tell me what for. I wonder what this means.
Then one day, I see Elvin.
"Hey Elvin what are you doing here?" I ask.
His eyes meet mine. I immediately know he is working for them.
"Why!" I scream in rage.
"Because, your team is outnumbered. Your team in total including Shadow's team, and the remaining Legendary Five Brothers have a total of thirty members. The Magron Army has over three hundred soldiers and more join our cause each day. About one hundred of them have powers that put yours to shame." Elvin said calmly, "We are planning a counterattack against you at this very moment."
"Why are you telling me all this, not that I'm complaining." I ask.
"Because, after all, you are going to die."
Alicia's Point of View
I stand paralyzed. The sword missed my face by a few centimeters. I look at Brian.
"Why" I ask telepathically, "Why would do this to me."
In answer, Brian points somewhere behind me. I turn around. There in a pool of blood, is Lauren.
"Why" I telepathically repeat, "Why would do this to her."
"She was going to give the secret of the black eyes away. Oh, and by the way, it is easier to stop fighting if you can." Brian says as he turns back around. I wonder what that means.
"I don't get it." I ask, "What did Lauren do to you to make you think she will reveal my secret?"
"For the last few years, I've sent minions to everyone to spy on them. When they report back, only a few do, they tell me everything that happened. Anyways, that Lauren, killed every clone that I sent after her. But, that was only a clone too."
I turn around. Sure enough, Lauren is an unnatural shade of blue. I watch as she dissipates.
"Let's move." Brian orders.
