It's almost my birthday!!!! I turn 5 on Christmas Eve and I'm very excited! On my birthdays we would go down to the bakery and all of our regulars and neighborhood friends would sing me happy birthday and even get me PRESENTS! I wonder what we are doing this year.
"Mommy mommy mommy!" "What what what!" "When are we going home, it's almost my birthday!" "We leave tonight!"

Wow. I can't believe my little baby is turning five! She is growing up too fast and next year she will have too start school! Yikes! But i will probably homeschool her since I will have to work more shifts at the bakery. The new thing is "frozen yogurt" Like why not just have regular yogurt?!? It tastes the same!
But I'm going to invite the whole gang to come and hang out where we live. Faith has grown up in a small town where everyone knows eachother. The rest of us grew up in the big city, where we didn't even know our next door neighbors name! I just can't wait to get home and away from the annoying cars and city lights. It's sad. I no longer call New York home. Well. We are getting older. I JUST TURNED 22! That number used to scare the living hell outta me. So where we live yes you can actually see stars. It's a small town. Everything is small. Compared to New York it's just a speck. A measly piece of dust floating around in the air. But it's home. And that's all that matters.
"Faith come on we need to get to topangas, Josh is sick"
Yeah Josh had a fever last night and he lost his voice. So it's just Faith and I.
She runs down the hallway and it's super cute. She reminds me of a little baby bear. You could cuddle with her and you could never get tired of it.
"Momma lets go I NEEED food!" "Okay okay let's leave"
I put her in her car seat and then we're off.
Today it's a little warmer outside so I'm wearing a simple grey tshirt and some distressed high wasted jeans.

We arrive shortly and we walk in and find a seat. Surprisingly Maya and Lucas are sitting on opposite sides. I wonder what's up with them.
"Hey riles! Omg are those your tattoos!?" "Yeah" "I love them! But I could never get any, I would pass out" we laugh. "Yeah, she said the rose represents me right mommy!" "Yes"
"Hey Riles I was thinking, how about you and I get like a small tattoo to represent our friendship!" "Maya that's a great idea!" "There is a tattoo shop right by my bakery and my tattoo artist is the best!" "Oh and I forgot to mention, Faith's birthday is coming up soon and we always celebrate it at the bakery, do you guys wanna come with us when we leave to go home tonight?" "OMYGOSH! Yes!!!" "So is everybody in?" "Yeah!" "Great! How about we all pack and then comeback at 5:00 pm, then we can all leave together?!" "Yeah sure !"
"WAIT!!" "Faith what's is it?!" "I need to EAT!" "Oh yeah, here is five dollars go up and get 2 chocolate croissants !" "Okay I will be back"

"So Lucas give birth to any horses latley!" "No but we just had a dog give birth to nine puppies and they are putting them up for free at the vet, maybe Faith would like one for her birthday?" "She's wanted a puppy for awhile what kind of dog though?" "Coonhounds!" "Perfect!" "So yes?" "Yes!"
"Mommy I'm back! The nice lady gave me a hot chocolate too!" "Well let's go say thank you!" "I'll be right back guys!"
I walk over to pay the lady for the drink and when she turns around I'm shocked.
