Faryn and Ashkanaz chased after the carriage. Faryn needed a confession from Prince Odell to end the war, and she was going to get one. They finally caught up to the carriage. Ashkanaz used his razor sharp claws to cut the horses from the carriage. The horses kept running, but the carriage skidded to a halt. The coach jumped from the front. Ashkanaz smashed the window and grabbed Prince Odell.

He had his sword barred, and started slashing at the dragon. Ashkanaz roared in pain and dropped Odell. He rolled and jumped to his feet. He charged at the dragon. Ashkanaz reared up and swatted him away, but Faryn was knocked off his back. Prince Odell noticed, and dodged around the dragon to grab Faryn. She rolled out of the way and kicked his sword out of his hand. She rolled to the side, grabbed his sword and pointed it up just as he was about to jump on top of her. She slowly stood, pointing his sword at him.

"Please," he begged on his knees.

"Save it for the court."

Ashkanaz grabbed Odell, and they flew back to Nawetchaksas. Princess Faryn forced Prince Odell to confess his evil plot. He was thrown into the dungeon, and his younger brother took up the throne of Abotinam. All was well, well, almost.

Faryn sat in her chamber, in her own castle, and waited. Ashkanaz sat in the corner, snoring softly. Steam billowed out of his nose as he slept. Faryn had become very fond of her dragon.

"Knock knock," Faryn flung the door open to see her beloved. Antionio was on one knee, a beautiful ring in his hands. "Will you marry me?"

"Yes!"
