So? Meet at my house in 40 minutes?
Yea,sure. I'll see you soon
I put down my iPhone and sat up. I looked at my alarm clock. "Why the heck would she wake me up at 6:00 A.M.?" I voiced my thoughts out loud.
I stood up and walked over to my closet. I opened the sliding doors and moved clothes out of my way until I found my favorite shirt. It was a orange and white "Tenneessee Vols" Shirt that I had gotten for my 29th birthday.
After I threw it onto my messy bed I walked over to my dresser and rummaged through it until I found some orange and white sweatpants.
"This will do good. Who cares if I wear sweatpants in public?" I asked myself.
I grabbed my clothes and hopped into the shower. Letting the water flow over my body. I grabbed the shampoo and rubbed it in my hair, also managing to get some in my eyes in the process.
I screamed loudly. I grabbed a wash cloth and soaked it in water. I rubbed my eyes with it and I was finally able to blink my eyes open.
I carefully rinsed the rest of the shampoo out of my hair. Then I applied the conditioner, careful not to get it into my eyes. I then rinsed that out too.
After I was done,I turned off the water in the faucet and grabbed a towel from under the sink. The mirror was fogged up so I couldn't see myself,Luckily.
I got changed and sprinted to my bedroom. I unplugged my phone from the charger and grabbed my purse. I grabbed my car keys from the kitchen table and walked outside, making sure to lock the door on the way out.
I stopped. It felt like someone was looking at me,I turned around and saw a man standing across the street. He was wearing a black trench coat and a black hat that covered his face.
He stared back at me. Creepy. I unlocked the car door and sat down in the driver's seat. I put the keys in the ignition and started the car.
I then looked over to where I had saw the man,but he was gone. It was like he wasn't even there before, but he was.
I pulled out of my driveway and started to drive to my friend's house. Which was a good 20 minutes away.
I stopped at a gas station to get me a Monster. As I paid the cashier and grabbed my drink from the desk I looked behind me and saw a man following me. I started to run to my car,but the man was way faster and he grabbed me.
He dragged me to the other side of the car despite my efforts to get away. I let out a muffled scream as he put his hand on my mouth. He then pulled out a knife from his pocket and rubbed it up my arm, leaving blood welling up where the blade cut.
As I managed to get the guy's hand off my mouth I let out the loudest scream ever,or so it seemed. Suddenly out of the corner of my eye I saw a man land on the ground behind my attacker.
I gasped when I saw his suit,it was blue with a red cape and boots. And on the chest was a large 'S'. I was new to Metropolis but I knew who this was. The famous Superman.
My attacker was thrown to the ground and I turned around to watch the fight. Superman pinned him to the ground. "Don't worry miss, the cops are on their way!" Superman smiled as he looked up at me with his beautiful blue eyes.
I looked down at my wounds. I started to feel queasy as I saw the blood. I fainted and fell to the ground. My eyes closing as I gave way to darkness. My last thought was, will I ever see Superman again?
