Thank God for Netflix!

The only good thing about Harry following her around all day is...... oh, wait. NOTHING! For the rest of the week Harry followed Allison around, trying to get her to talk to him just once. The only time she got away from him was at home. Thank god for Netflix!

On Monday, she headed down to the fighting ring. Home sweet home, she thought. She had practically grown up here. There was no other place that felt so right. The only downfall to coming here was seeing Harry's face. She walked in, everyone stopping their chatter at once. Once she made it to her locker in the back corner, chatter resumed. As though nothing happened, Allison put her duffle bag into the small, cramped space and started stretching. Five minutes later, no other than Harry Johnson himself showed up, staring at her.

Although this made her incredibly uncomfortable, she said nothing. Signs of being uncomfortable can be taken as signs of weakness. She circled her shoulders back, then cracked her neck.

"You're sexy when you stretch," Harry came up behind her and tried to wrap his arms around her exposed stomach, but she whipped around quickly and sent a large punch to his abs.

"Ouch," He said, rubbing his stomach tenderly.

"I'm not done with you, not yet," Allison growled, and showered him with a dozen blows, some of them blocked or dodged.

"Don't," She aimed a punch at his jaw.

"Touch," She aimed another punch at his chest

"Me," She aimed a punch to his already-sore but rock-hard abs.

"Ever again. Got it?" Allison glared at Harry, who was in a strange position, one arm covering his face, the other across his chest, and doubled over.

"Can't you," he wheezed. "Take a joke?"

"You call that a joke?" Allison said cruelly.

"Yeah. What do you call it?" He asked, standing straight up now, and massaging his bruised jaw.

"Sexual harassment," she said, then walked towards the punching bag, leaving him standing there, alone, rubbing his jaw.

Allison was not looking forward to Monday. Surprisingly, she couldn't wait to see Harry's bruised (and probably swollen) jaw, though. She smirked to herself and the thought of that.

She sat down in her first period class, and watched the door eagerly for Harry. She wondered what her classmates would think when they saw him. A horrible thought dawned on her. What if he told everyone that she was the one who bruised his jaw? What if he told everyone that she goes to the local gym to fight daily? Would people believe that she, the not-so-scrawny book nerd gave him a swollen jaw? She shook her head and laughed to herself. Please, nobody would believe that, even if she said it herself.

Harry didn't appear at all through first period, nor the rest of the day. She was happy with her peaceful day and that there was no arrogant, bronze-haired, green-eyed boy to mess that up.

It was at the end of the day when everything went wrong.

Hey, lovelies! Sorry for ghosting you for so long, but here's chapter two! What do you think happened? Why didn't Harry make an appearance at school? Find out in Chapter 3 of The Nerd's Little Secret which will be up shortly! We promise not to ghost you like that again! Enjoy this chapter and enjoy the holidays!
