The Tigers Journey

A tigers journey.

Once in a far away jungle a young tiger, called stripes, lived with his mother and father. They had their own little cave, though it was dark and cold they managed to find lights and placed them gently among the cold, muddy floor. After a few weeks they found a weird blanket and laid that among the floor, that made the room so much more cosier. One day stripes had to go get the food for dinner because his mother and father were very poorly. So he set of to get some food, as he reached a wild hare, a noise rustled behind him and he got knocked out. After a few hours stripes woke with shock finding he was in a cage of some sort. As loads of people crowed around the cage, stripes looked around and saw other animals in cages but unlike him they were happy. After a long day of people crowding around, stripes went to sleep worried about his family. On the morning stripes started panicking about where he was but then he realised he was there all night. After a few hours of getting annoyed by random people, stripes decided he had to break free. 10 minutes later, after studying the land, stripes figured the best way to get out was to jump up the tree in the cage and then pounce over the cage bars. 1, 2, 3, pounce. As stripes pounced over the cage bars everyone screamed and ran away in panic. Stripes left with no traces of escape. He ran and ran for ages but he couldn't find the his jungle cave. After running for a few minutes he found a little cave but it definitely was not his cave home in the jungle. He thought he may as well stay there and rest for the day and set of later that morning. About midday stripes came out of the cold cave and started running again to find his jungle home. He suddenly approached the jungle but he didn't know where the cave was so he basically went in blind to find his home. He saw light every now and again but it wasn't his home, but that didn't stop him, he carried on. Suddenly he saw a very bright light and he headed towards it and saw two tigers sat there in sadness. Stripes ran in wildly and informed them that he was back and there was no need to worry. The cave suddenly was filled with happiness and delight. They all decided that stripes wouldn't go hunting for food on his own. Years after that, stripes started his own family and had a very adorable tiger cub. He decided to keep to keep him in sight at all times. Everyone was safe......... for now.
