I Lost Everything That Day.

                                                                       chapter 1

               Im in the middle of the woods. Its dark and freezing. Im running as fast as i can, breathing hard, my hearts beating out of my chest. I keep looking back to make sure hes not behind me. I am only in my bra and unerware. I can feel the wet mud and grass sticking to my feet as i run. The mud smacking the back of my legs every step I take. I keep running and running. everything looks the same I have no clue where I am. I cant here anything but my own panting. I stop to take a breath, trying to see were I am. I think i here a noise and I go silent trying not to move I look around to see what it was. As soon as i turn around there he is nose to nose to me I look down to see a nife pointing right at my stomach. then BOOM I wake up. There is sweat pooring down my face. My sheets are soaked with it. I cant believe these dreams are back. My therapist said they wouldnt come back. Obviously she was wrong.

This dream is the only thing keeping that tragedy attached to me. I grab my phone book and find the best thearapist i can, and i give her a call.

"hello this is doctor Liv speaking how may I help you?"

"Hi my name is steph and I am looking to switch thearapists. I heard you were the best one around. My current thearapist isnt helping me at all so I think switching would be best."

"That is fine we would be more than happy to have you here. I will set up an appointment for you to come in tomarrow at 5:30 P.M and fill out some paper work and we will get your thearapy started as soon as possible."

"Ok thankyou that sounds great I will be there."

I really hope this helps me. I am just ready to move on with my life and forget what happened. Im to afraid to go to sleep so I will just watch a movie until the sun comes out.

Its 5:30 and I am driving to my appointment with my new thearapist. I am nervous. I walk through the doors of this huge brick building. The waiting room is empty as i walk up to the window there is a girl behind it.

"How can i help you?"

"Hi I have an appointment with Doctor liv."

"Oh yes Steph is it? Were expecting you. If you could please just take a seat and we will be with you as soon as possible."

Wow they even remembered my name. This already seems like a nice place. I sat for about 5 minutes and a nurse walked out with a clip boared in her hand.

" Steph."

" Right here."

" If you could fill out these papers for me and turn it into the window when your done so we can get you in with the Doctor."

" Ok sure will do."

There had to be a thousand questions on that paper. But finnaly I was done i went and turned it into the window..

"All done?"

"yes ma'am."

"Ok if you just take a seat we should be able to get you into the doctor any second."

"Ok thankyou."

Sitting there waiting for them to come out for me was very nerve racking. I just kept thinking of how I was going to have to tell her everything that happend to me. I was going to have to imagine it all over again. I was already shaking all over in suspense. The nurse came out with the clip bord again.

" Steph, Doctor Liv is ready to sea you now."

I got up as the nurse walked me down this long hallway filled with pictures and awards. Finally we got to a big thick wooden door that said Theropy on it. The nurse knocked anouncing that I was there. Doctor live opened the door and just smiled at me.

"Welcome steph come on in and take a seat."

"Thankyou doctor Liv."

"Oh please just call me Liv."

"Ok."

"Now Have checked your records from your old facility and I know you went through something very tramatic that no child should ever have to go through. The first step of my program is telling me every detail of what happened and you thoughts on it. Its ok to cry and I understand if it takes some time to be able to say it. But we have all the time you need."

" Ok. I will start from the day before it happened. my thirteenth birthday...
