Teagen woke, lifting herself lazily from her bed. She then remembered having to meet with Mr. Gallows. Teagen jumped down her bare feet touching the wood floor. She quickly changed into a white button down shirt and black jeans. Grabbing her brown leather satchel, Teagen ran out of her room. Her family was still asleep. She crept to the kitchen and grabbed an apple from the glass box on the counter. Teagen lastly took her scarf from the hanger near the door. She ate the apple as she exited her home and threw it's core in her bag. Taking the card from her pocket she glanced over the address. Putting it away she turned down the narrow streets. While passing small shops and street lamps, cars glided by. They were all the same color: bronze. They had beautifully crafted plates of metal on it. Each shone in the sunlight. Taking out the card once more, Teagen read
Ailifade city, Dag Street.
She had to enter the next city over. It housed the richest people and their businesses. While passing into Alifade, she noticed that the buildings were getting taller and taller. Some even reached into the clouds.

Teagen went in circles looking for Dag Street.
It doesn't exist, she thought.
Finally after turning down a street, Teagen saw a small sign that said Dag Street. It was deserted and seemed very old. She then saw the building. It was the only structure on the block beside a broken statue.
This was it, she thought.
