I was back at my home (C/n) and I was in the office with my boss, hoping that I can maybe ask permission to go to Canada.

"So (Y/n) how did your first World meeting go?" He asked, I was in a pretty close relationship with my boss he was like this parent to me. My boss cared for me very much and only wished for the happiness and improving of the country. He only wanted to be a good boss so that the country and it's people can prosper. And I admire him for that, that's why I always work hard, So that this country and it's citizens are even a much more better life.

"It was fun they even threw a party for me." I said happily.

"That's nice, did you make new friends with some countries?" My boss asked quite curiously.

"Yes, I actually met alot of them and they all had very... eccentric personalities. One has even asked me to visit their country!" I said bringing up that topic.

"Really? Which country?" He asked.

"Canada. He's very nice and kind." I said awaiting my bosses response.

"Canada..The 2nd largest country? And if we form a good alliance with them our country will improve too! This is great (Y/n)! And how long those he want you to stay there?" He asked me.

"Well he never actually told me... I don't know how long do you want me to stay boss?" I asked.

"Maybe 2 weeks so that you can learn their culture and befriend him more, is that alright with you. Being away from your home for a long time.?" He asked me.

"Yes that's fine!, he's a nice person and I'm sure he'd treat me well you'd have nothing to worry about boss!" I said.

"He better be nice to you! I don't want my beloved nation getting hurt at all. If he does hurt you call imediently! If he hurts this country he'll have to mess with its people!" My boss said being protective again.

"I don't think he can do that... When do I leave?" I asked.

"Well... In 2 days at least. We'd have to do some research first to make our plan work." My boss said rubbing his chin thinking again.

"Umm...What plan?" I said as I gave a sight.

"To form an alliance of course! You'd have to dress up very nicely when you go there, make sure you make him fall in love with you!" My boss said. Now that I think about it my boss is kind of crazy, crazy yet determined.

"Well... I don't know." I said.

"Unless you want to of course,but something tells me you do." He said pointing his finger up at me looking at me very suspiciously.

"What.....?" I asked.

"You like this Canada guy don't you?" My boss said narrowing his eyes.

"I...I....I..........alright, yes I do...."I said in defeat.

"You've never liked a country before.... This makes me feel like a worried father.." he said putting his hand over the heart .

"It's gonna be alright boss... A few minutes ago you wanted me to make him fall in love with me. Now your like this. " I said as I patted his back.

"It's just that you've always been so cold with boys I let you meet. And now that your in love with someone...I feel like I'm gonna loose my child!" He said already sobbing, I handed a handkerchief and gave a long sight.

I was at my room packing my stuff. 'Alright (y/n) you have to bring alot of winter stuff! I heard it's cold there!' I talked to myself as I put some coats and boots in the suitcase arranging it accordingly. Then a memory hit my head like a meteorite falling from space.

'How will I confess to Mattie?.. I mean if I do its already a sure yes since I already spoiled myself.' I mentally thought. I dropped all the packing because I still have tomorrow to pack, I just do things ahead of time all the time.

Then I went to Google for ideas on how to confess to someone, it has to be special! I still can't believe I'm using Google as soon as I saw the ideas in it .I face palmed 'This shit is too corny.. I can't be corny like that.' I mentally said because I just can't! Even though I love the idea of romance and I read alot of romance novels, I still can't.

I closed my laptop and just closed my eyes to think properly.' What would be the best way to confess to my shy Canadian Maple syrup loving crush?' I asked myself. I began to think of some ideas like something that involves pancakes, or hockey. The thinks he likes but nothing is just popping up in my mind. I'm honestly disappointed with myself being the creative person I am.

I remembered to text him that I was allowed so I went to my phone and started typing.

'I was allowed! See you in 2 days Mattie!' I typed in after a few minutes my phone buzzed and there was a reply back.

'That's great! Kuma is really happy! How long do you plan to stay?' Is what was written in the message.

'My boss told me 2 weeks is that alright?' I texted back then there was another reply.

'Yes that's alright maple!'

'Thanks! See you soon!' I texted back, I didn't notice it but I was smiling widely. Now that I think about it I think I just don't like him, I think I love him.

I was at the airport, and I just said goodbye to my now emotional boss.

"Make sure if he does like you! Which that Canadian probably will because my country is so beautiful! Make sure that you don't take your relationship too fast alright!! And let me remind you again!! don't take anything too fast!!!" I remember him telling me before I went to the car to leave. I gave a sight, as I waited in the waiting area for my flight to Canada to start boarding people soon.

Then they started to board people and I was the first one in the line.. I'm excited what are you gonna do. I went to the plane and sat comfortably in my seat, I put on my headphones to listen to some music and I started reading a book that I haven't finished. A few hours in the flight I started to feel my eyes droop down I hadn't noticed it but I already felt asleep.

A few hours had past when I suddenly woke up.

"Miss please wake up we have landed in our destination." The flight attendant said shaking me a bit.

"Oh sorry..." I said and grabbed my stuff then I looked out my window to see that we have already landed. My heart was beating fast I was very, very excited to see Mattie again! I imediently got out the plane and went to get my baggage.

I looked around for the people who where waiting and I imediently saw Mattie holding a sign that says my name, Kumajiro was with him and of course you can find Kuma in his arms again, he waved at me but I put my pointer finger to my mouth, Kumajiro nodded in response and stopped waving his paws ,I realized that he hasn't noticed me yet and I had an idea. I quickly made my way out trying not to get noticed by him as I put on a beanie hiding my hair then I walked up behind him.

I walked behind him and gave him a back hug.

"Ahh! " He shouted 'softly'.

"It's only me Mattie!" I said still hugging him tightly. I let him go so he can turn around and as soon as he saw me he had a wide smile plastered on his face.

"Maple!" He shouted by shout I mean 'softly' shout. Then he gave me a hug and I hugged him back.
