Janes POV

I was so happy to move out of that hellhole i used to call home. my 24th birtday is tomarrow and im moving to californa with my BEST friend ever jessi.

my old home was horibel my mom and dad were verey abusive twards me. my dad raped and beat me and my mom made me work me fingers to the bone. one day they got in a big fight and separeted and they got joint custodie of me so i would spend half my week geting beaten and raped and the other half working ALL the time and useually geting 1-3 hours of sleep. my weekend how ever i would spend at jessi's house. jessi understood me and she knew what happend to me at "home" but i would beg her not to tell any one about it. ive known jessi since we were 3 and shes been there for me the whole time. everytime i went to her house she would talk about takeing me away from my parents. today was that day. i didnt have any things ecept two suite cases of clothes. that was one thing my parents were good at. biying me stuff to wear. i would always have the most expensive clothes and shoes to wear to school.

Me and Jessi are in her car right now driveing to OUR new house. im excited to see what it looks like. i wonder if it is freshly painted. Maby it has carpeets that are super soft and white. Once i see it i will be abel to go buy some paint and curtains to match the walls.

As i sat in that car pondering my thoughts on what our new house looked like, it came across my mind that since we are moving to Californa i might see shane dawsone or joey graceffa there!!! just the thought of seeing them in person sent shivers down my spine. ive love them both since they started makeing youtube videos. back when i lived with my parnets........my parents.... i hate them.

Jessi: JANE!!

Jane:huh...what

Jessi: what happend there i called ur name five times!

Jane:oh.. im sorry i was just in deep thought.

Jessi: nah its kewl what were u thinking about?

Jane: oh! just wondering what the house looks like, about what i would do if we saw shane or joey......them.....

Jessi: stop thinking about them! why arent u glad we got u away from them!

Jane: yea but its not like i can just erase them from my memory!!

I paused and noticed the bitterness in my voice

Jane: jess ..im sorry i didnt mean to snap

Jessi: oh no, its fine i know how much of a sensitive subject they are im sorry for bringing it up

there was only scilence now

a peaceful scilence, not awkward ... but peaceful

*2 hours later*

Jane: uggg how long of a drive is this!!

Jessi: 7 hours

Jane: what?!?!?

Jessi: yea its a good thing we left befor ur birthday cause if we would have left tomarrow we would be spending ur 24th birtday in the car!!

24....wow time flys by ...it seams like just yesterday i was the peuny littel geek that got bullyed at school and abused at home

Jessi: you okay??

Jane: yea why??

jessi pulled down my sunblocker mirror and i looked at my self ...i was crying??

Jane: oh sorry

Jessi: is it them again

she said that so solfly it made me feel like i had a safe and comfortabel home ...ha i guess thats one of the frist times ive ever said home and comfortibel in the same sentence

Jane: yea but dont worry about it, im fine

*5 hours later*

Jessi POV

i looked over at Jane. she was fast asleep. her mouth was wide open and she was snoreing. i giggeld under my breath and swiftly took my phone out of my pocket anf unlocked it. I touch the button and i took the pictuer but i forgot my sound was on and it made a loud snap noise and woke up jane

Jane:uuuuggggg what time is it

Jessi: 1:28

she turned over and stared at me

Jessi:what?!?

Jane: i was studying ur eyes for signs of tiredness

Jessi: im not tired

Jane: you-

she was cut of by me pulling into a drive way ... OUR drive way

Jane: is.....that.....our......h-house??

Jessi: yupp
