The accident was 3 months ago and it permanently scarred me. It started like any other weekend the sun out motor cross races were on and it was heaven. The sun beaming down glazing over the track, "don't worry you'll win" axel said determinedly, "thanks bro"."all 13-14 year old girls head to the marshalling at the gates," the announcer called over the sound system."well good luck champ do us proud!" Said my dad patiently, I walked over to the gates in my answer gear on and my yz250 two stroke rx."Nattaly Pierce" my name was called "pick your gate" there was already tension as the riders moved to there gate and started there engines, the loud roar of the bikes felt good as I was used to the noise. The race was about to start the sweat dripping down my face was unbelievable, BANG down went the gates and we were off! I got the holeshot and went roaring into the first corner. On the 5th lap I was coming up to a massive triple neck and neck with Stacies Burns, she suddenly knocked me off my bike in mid air. CRASH....followed by a BANG! I went crashing into the ground with the bike landing on top of me. I was knocked out cold, the emergency team rushing to me putting the black boards around me and fixing me onto a spinal board. The crowd was at a complete standstill my family in terror and shock. They carried me off the track and into the ambulance, my mother crying and the rest in shock.
