"What's wrong Flora?" Mike asked me, without noticing anything around him.

I tried to dry the tears off my face and with my unsteady fingers I've tried to demonstrate him what was wrong with me. I've raised the blanket. His eyes went wide as he saw that he was naked. And again tears shoot me in the eyes.

Mike was looking down, trying to figure out what's going on. And then like if a thunder went over him, he blanked himself immediately and began to blush.

"Did we...?" he stuttered.

"Yeah", I answered.

Nobody of us two talked. It was so quit, that we could hear some footsteps, which were coming from the neighbour room.

I searched the gaze of Mike, trying to figure out what he was thinking. Maybe the same thing as I were thinking before? That everything was ruined, that from now on, we'll never be friends anymore. After what happened now, we can't be friends anymore.

I began to remind a situation that happened during middle school. I liked a guy very much, but unfortunately it was only a one-sided love, although he kissed me. But when I didn't want to have sex with him, because I weren't ready for it, he attacked me, saying that he only wanted to do it with me. His plan nearly worked, but Mike saved me in the last minute. He was my rescue.

When I was back at the reality I noticed that Mike was dressed up and spaced out in the air.

I stared at him, not knowing what to say, so I grabbed my T-Shirt and my skirt. While I was trying to put them on, I thought about what to say. "This is so awkward."

Suddenly somebody knocked on the door. It was Ben.

"Hey dude! Come on, you have to check out the fight between Clare and Sarah..."

He stopped with his speech, as he saw us: Mike gazing out of space, me trying to put on my skirt. Ben wasn't really the brightest star in the sky, but even he realized what was going on.

"Sorry", he said, with a confused look to Mike.

"Oh yeah, Bingo!! That was the last thing on earth I wanted to happen, that somebody find out about our night. That Mike and Flora, the best friends, who always said, that girls and boys can be friends, without any feelings towards each other. Oh my god it's so embarrassing!" I thought with tears in my eyes. What will happen now? Hopefully Ben can keep quite about this. As I wanted to dry off my tears, Mike made a sudden step to the door.

He turned around to me, looking at me with a sad sigh on his face and just saying:" I am sorry", and leaving me alone...
