I don't think there is a way to go too far to be skinny. I think that if you want it bad enough, you will go to any extent of getting it, whether it hurts you, or others. That is way I have personally hit up a surgeon. But shhhh, don't tell my mother just yet. Need to catch her when she's drunk so she'll agree. However, that's not too hard.
