I binged on 3 slices of pizza and two small slices of cheese bread. 😪😪 ugh

I am starting to fast longer now  I have it set for 15/16 hours so I hopefully can drink just 0 calorie drinks till lunch (12:45 pm)

I want to last a full day but if I don't eat something with sugar or carbs I can pass out but I usually shake.

Anyways, I am going to start working and where I work I walk/stand all day so I hope to loose weight. I also want to do golf next school year so that plus work plus marching band should make me lose s o much.

Anyways sorry for not logging food. Also we have to track food for health so I will try to show I am eating but not a lot.
