Hunter to the top

Phoenix P.O.V.

I finished cleaning Nefatari's room and went to take a bath. I washed and scrubbed my body then put on my pyjamas and went to bed. I laid on my bed and stared at the ceiling until darkness consumed me.

The next morning I woke up to someone shouting my name. I shot out of my bed and ran downstairs. I saw my mother trying to cook. She saw me and smirked slightly

"Get rid of this before I get back," she said not before shooting me a disgruntled look.

I walked up to the stove and disposed of her "master piece". I started to work on what to give them to eat. It doesn't matter because anything I do they have a problem. In the end I decided to make blueberry muffins with orange juice. I placed everything on the table, and washed my hands before heading upstairs.

My parents don't allow me to eat even though I'm the one that prepared the food. I went upstairs and got dressed for school.

SCHOOL.

The other place that I'm abused. The jocks and cheerleaders either bully or avoid me. Most of them choose the lather. The nerds basically just avoid me. Unfortunately, that's not the worse thing. The star soccer player and his girlfriend are in all of my classes and they make it their lives goal to torment me.

I finished putting on my clothes with consists of a red beaning to hide my brunette hair, my NYC sweater ,ripped black skinny jeans and my tattered old converse.

I padded downstairs to see everyone gathered around the table. Silently walking past them until my brother Demetrius stopped me.

"Aren't you going to eat?"he questioned in a sickly sweet manner.

I ignored him and continued to walk and just as I reached the door I heard him muttered disrespectful bitch under his breath.

I slammed the door and took off for school.

I finally reached school and just as always I am pushed into the lockers, whispers are going around about me as I walked through the hallway, and apparently my homework was ripped when I "accidentally fell."

I made it to my locker when I saw the couple of the year walking pass. Everyone moved out of their way to give the pass, but this time they were joined by the Beta. I have no problem with Shane seeing as he doesn't acknowledge my presence and I do the same to him. They were walking when they spotted me and I quickly turned around to avoid their taunting eyes.

"Please don't let them stop at my locker," I chanted over and over in my head,but alas things never go my way.

I turned to face them and saw the most ridiculous fake smiles on all of their faces. I raised an eyebrow at them and stood with my arms crossed.

If they saw how constipated they looked they would probably faint.

Hunter backed me up against the locker whilst Nefatari grabbed my school bag from me and emptied everything out.

My face remained blank as I watched all this takes place.

"Well,well,well if it isn't my slut for a sister,"Nefatari taunted as usual.

When they saw that I was not responding they ripped my books to shreds and stuffed them into the bin at the end of the hallway.

Oh well, I was gonna skip anyways.

A little skipping is good for the soul anyways.
