Montana's pov
After the party my mom threw I told her I wanted some peace and quiet so I headed up to my bedroom, Jacob tagging along.
"So, that was weird." He broke the silence that had fallen over us.
I collapsed on my bed and he sat next to me. "Yeah, I'm sorry. I had no idea she was going to do that." I shook my head.
"It's okay. You have wonderful friends here. Though I'm not so sure about that Brent kid. He seems a little weird." I laughed at his comment.
"Yeah, he is." I smiled to myself and stared at the ceiling. Jacob lied down beside me and grabbed my hand in his. I turned my head and kissed his cheek. As I went to kiss it he turned to me and kissed my lips. He brought his hand up to face and brought it behind my head, deepening the kiss. Suddenly my stomach started to hurt and I felt like I was going to vomit.
I pulled away from him and sat up wiping my lips.
"What's wrong?" He sat up beside me and put his arm around me.
"Nothing. I just, I don't feel very good."
He knitted his eyebrows but nodded. "Okay. Do you want me to get you anything?" He asked.
"A glass of water maybe?"
"Sure,"
Jacob's pov
I turned around and walked downstairs to her kitchen only to be met with none other Chris and her mom talking. I looked at them and they stopped talking and stared at me awkwardly.
I grabbed a glass out of the cabinet that Mrs. Trader told me that they were in and filled it with some water. As I turned around to go upstairs Chris coughed.
"I'm going to go." He told Montana's mom.
"Okay, bye sweetheart." She called.
"Bye Mrs. Strader, see ya," he called to me. I nodded my head and awkwardly shuffled up the stairs.
