Chapter 1

"So hows it being with your dad?" I asked Nestor through the phone.

"Its fun, I get to come to San Antonio instead of being at Pasadena or Houston with your ass" He teases me

"Rude ass child"

"No its not shut up little girl, so guess what?"

"You're going to buy me a giraffe?"

"Um no. I met my step-brother and im going to help him move his stuff to california!"

"AND YOU'RE NOT TAKING ME WE'VE BEEN PLANNING TO GO SINCE WE WERE LIKE 10" I scream into the phone.

"Um sorry?"

"Yea okkkkk, text me ima go buy pizza"

"Okay bye loser" and with that he hung up the phone. Isn't he the nicest i think while i get the keys to my brothers car, I get on the car and turn on the radio National Anthem by Lana Del Rey comes on and i turn it up "TELL ME IM YOUR NATIONAL ANTHEEEEEEEM" I sing as I drive to Little Ceasers "SUMMERS IN THE AIR AND BABY HEAVENS IN YOUR EYES" I sing as I pull up to the drive thru, i turn down the radio "Hi Chasidy, One pepperoni pizza pleaseee"

"Oh hi fabby, thats going to be 5.41" I give chasidy the money and get my pizza & see I buy pizza so much they know my name...

I get home and my mom is at the door looking pissed. "What did i do this time?" i think to myself as i walk inside.

"Hi mom"

"Who said you could use Robert's car?"

"Me, okay well ima go get ready to go savannah's party, byeee" I said walking away

"You're not going, you have to help Robert take care of Brandon's kid." When she said that I froze and turned around.

"Are you kidding me? I CAN NOT MISS MY BESTFRIENDS BIRTHDAY MOM!"

"I dont care if its her birthday you arent going." I turned around and as I walked to my room I said "Whatever"

I got my phone and texted savannah

Me: my mom says I cant go

Savannah: SO YOU CANT COME?

Me: never said that, im just going to get out through the window

Savannah: Damn sneaky!

Me: We've done this before

Savannah: truuuuu

Me: ok peaceee be there in like an hour

I put on my shower playlist and take a shower once im out i choose a skin tight leopard dress and put my red heels on the bed then i start to curl red hair, i don't use makeup so i get my phone and throw my heels out the window then i jump down since it wasn't that big of a fall. I run to savannah's and put on my heels im a little early since im going to help her set up some stuff

*1 hour later*

There's already about 100 people here, most of them are drunk. I dont drink so im dancing with a bunch of my friends. Out of no where josh runs up to me "Aye your brother is here looking for you" then he runs off.

"fucking shit" i whisper then i go look for him. After about 5 minutes i see him and walk up to him

"What the hell are you doing here" i hiss

"I came to get you"he takes me by the arm and pulls me out of the house. I dont even have to fight him because im screwed anyway. We get in his car and drive home, my mom is there looking pissed as hell.

"I TOLD YOU THAT YOU HAD TO STAY HERE" she yelled

"i know"

"I DONT EVEN KNOW WHAT TO DO WITH YOU ANYMORE YOU NEVER LISTEN"

"then kick me out" i whispered so she wouldn't hear me

"JUST LEAVE IM KICKING YOU OUT" well i guess she read my mind i ran up to my room got my penny, my phone charger, my converse and some outfits and threw them into a suitcase and threw it out the window and left.
