I don't want to leave the sensation of Chase's lips on mine. The feeling of his hands around my waists and my head buried in his chest. I don't want to leave him. He told me he loves me and for the first time in a long I actually feel loved.

It's around nine at night and the portals should be about ready. "Bree," Magnus calls and knocks on the door to the room Chase and I were in. "Is it alright if I run a test on you before you go?"

"Well what type of test?" I ask.

"Just a blood test. I'm hoping if I have some of your blood I can track down your brother."

I nod and agree to Magnus's request. Chase looks and smiles at me before I leave. Every time he gives me one of his millionaire smiles, I blush and get butterflies in my stomach. As I leave Jane enters the room. Secretly I roll my eyes and have to remind myself that Chase said he loves me. There's nothing going on between them, I tell myself.

"So you and that Morgenstern boy are a thing I'm assuming?" Magnus asks as we walk down his decorative hallway.

I blush then realize he knows Chase's secret. "Magnus, how did you know that?"

"Well obviously you guys are all over each other-"

I cut him off and laugh lightly. "That's not what I meant. I meant how did you know Chase is a Morgenstern?"

"Oh," he chuckles. "Well I could tell by his eyes... And his attitude," he opens up a door that leads to another room. This one is much more plain than the rest of his house.

"Eyes and attitude?" I ask. Magnus leads me to the center of the room. I sit in the chair and he tightens a grip around my arm like the ones they use at the doctors to take some blood.

"Morgenstern eyes are either bright emerald, like his, or dark gold, like his mothers," he picks up a small needle. I'm glad the needle is small because I hate needles. "And his attitude, well he reminded me so much of Ethan Morgenstern."

Magnus sticks the small needle in my arm vein. I stare at my blood going up in the needle. "You've met his mother?"

"Yeah... And she's not exactly the nicest person in the world, in fact she works with your mother with like Abraham," he takes the needle out and my blood is stuck in that little needle.

"Abraham Ravenwood?" I let myself think for a while. Abraham Ravenwood was the Incubus demon that worked with Lilith back in the first war. How is he still alive? Then I remember Incubus demons are immortal.

"Yeah. They're planning something huge."

I think back to the vision I had. The one where I found out Lilith's plan. The one where she wants to dimension swap me into Hell and her out of it. "I know."

"You're back quickly," Jane says as I walk into the room. "Where's Chase?"

I give her a confused look. "What do you mean? I thought Chase stayed here."

Jane sits up from the floor. "No. You came in here about five minutes ago and told Chase you needed him for something and so then you two left."

I shoot her another confused look. "That never happened. I was with Magnus this whole time."

Jane jumps up from the ground and starts pacing back and forth. "But I saw you with my own eyes."

Aiden Parr. I think back to the time when I met Aiden Parr. It was back at the Fae place. He's a shapeshifter and they can take the shape or form or any living human or creature. "Aiden Parr, he's a shapeshifter."

This time Jane shoots me a confused look. "Why would a shapeshifter want Chase?"

I let my mind race with all the visions and information I now know. "Because they want to hurt him!" I sprint out of the room and start panicking.

I don't get far before Jane grabs me by the arm and holds me still. "Who's they? And why would 'they' want to hurt Chase?"

My mind and heart races. I quickly explain what I know to Jane. When I'm done explaining Jane looks worried.

"If we're dealing with Lilith's people we can't just go out and fight bare handed," Jane runs back to the room and I follow her. She rummages through our infinity pack and pulls out two crystal swords which are some of the best weapons. She tosses me one and heads for the door.

We rush outside of the large house. The cold night air hits me hard. It's nearly pitch black outside except for a couple of lanterns and the moon and stars lighting up the night. I scan the large two mile property and see nothing but nature.

"Where do we even start?" Jane asks me the same question I was wondering. When I don't answer she continues to talk. "Oh come on Bree! He's your boyfriend and you get visions so freaking find him!" She raises her voice at me.

I'm shaking, both from the cold and from nerves. Without having a clue what I'm doing I start walking toward the bridge.

"What the hell are you doing!" Jane tugs me back by my hair. "Get one of your visions to locate him!"

"It doesn't work like that!" I snap back at her. "Stop yelling at me before you cause attention," she lets go of my hair and I continue to walk toward the bridge.

"I don't even get what Chase sees in you. He's known you for like two months and apparently he already loves you," Jane shoulder bumps me and walks in front of me.

Gosh I don't like her. "You're just jealous he doesn't feel the same way about you that you feel toward him."

Jane spins around to face me. She looks serious and even slaps me on my arm. "Shut up and don't ever say that again. You don't know Chase like I do."

Tears start to well up from the cold air, nerves and Janes insult. I'm a bit more sensitive than not. I rub my arm and say "I'm sure that's true," I say sarcastically.

A crow squawks from a branch of a maple tree. Instantly I can tell its Aiden Parr because of its golden eyes. I scream and scramble behind Jane. I'm not sure what to do because I need to stay Pure Blooded.

The crow flies down from the maple tree and lands in front of Jane and I. It shifts slowly and dramatically into the human being Aiden is. He still has the same caramel hair and cracked golden eyes. "Haven't seen you in a while Bree Ritcher."

Aiden whistles and a pair of hands grab onto Janes ankles from under the bridge. She screams as her feet go flying out from beneath her. I'm about to help her but a hand pulls me back. I turn around to see a familiar face... Claire, Lilith's daughter.

My heart skips several beats and my sword falls out of my hand into the water below the bridge we're standing on. Nervously I look back and fourth between Aiden and Claire. I'm guessing those hands that took Jane is Nathan. The only thing on my mind is Chase. Where is Chase?
