I've always heard that it's the quiet ones that speak the most in their minds. Maybe that's why I can't stop writing. Or it could simply be because of a certain orangette who happens to always come to this very coffee shop.

Being a writer, it's only natural I spend a majority of my time in the nearby café. Watching every day people come and go and imagining their stories is a hobby of mine. But there's this one man, handsome compared to the average male, who every day, without fail, comes here and sits down a few tables away from my own. His ocean blue eyes are mesmerizing and have every woman and man in this café falling for him at first glance.

That's where I differ. I don't want to get with him and I have no desire to make him somehow notice me. Instead, I write our fairytale. A story in which a prince from the Kingdom of Roses comes to save the princess who's been abandoned by her own kingdom. The prince and princess fall helplessly in love as they become closer to one another until they announce an engagement the second they return to the Kingdom of Roses. A happy ending for a happy couple.

But that's just a story.

A bitter smile graced my lips as I continued scribbling letter after letter, word after word down in this small journal of mine. Getting lost in the fairytale I've created for the mystery orange haired man and myself is a problem for this can never become our reality. That's alright though, living in fairytale's is what writers and readers alike do best.

The chatter in the café suddenly rose and then hushed. Curious, I glanced up from my journal only to be met with the sight of that handsome man making his way over to me. His ocean blue eyes locked with my own and a small smile danced across his lips to match it.

Quickly, I finished writing the last sentence I was in the middle of and then gave the man an uneasy, nervous smile as he stopped directly behind the open chair across from myself.

"Hello there beautiful lady." He greeted angelically. "Would it be alright if I sat with you?"

"S-Sure." I spoke up softly, mentally cursing myself for becoming so shy.

A chuckle escaped his slightly parted lips as his smile grew. "Ah, I've been wanting to speak with you for quite a while now lady."

I looked him in the eyes with a small smile of my own. "Really?" I asked, a pink tint spreading across my cheeks.

"Of course! Oh where are my manners? My name is Jinguji Ren." The orange haired man said with his smile never leaving his lips.

My eyes widened at that. I've heard that name before, everyone has.

Jinguji Ren, one of the seven famous STRISH members.

It's no surprise that I thought this man could be him. The thoughts crossed my mind more than a dozen times, but I never thought my assumption would be correct.

"It's very nice to meet you." I spluttered out while my blush only intensified. "I'm ___ ___."

"So that's your name..." He murmured before giving me a closed eye smile. "It's beautiful just like you."

I could feel my heart start to speed up in it's beats as I tried to remain calm. My composure is one thing I can't let slip while talking with someone so famous and also the very person who's my prince in a fairytale.

Ah, my fairytale. He's exactly how I've written him out to be. Kind, sweet, charming, seemingly perfect all around. But everyone has there bad sides and now I'm curious, what is Ren's bad side?

Insecure? Possibly. Self loathing? Maybe. Unsure of himself? Probably. Or he could simply have some sort of bad past.

Being a writer gets to be too much sometimes...

I can't help but to try and figure out his character. Though, funny enough, he isn't a character, he's an idol and I'm a normal writer.

Ren suddenly snapped a finger in front of my face, drawing my attention back to him. "You zoned out there lady, what's going on in that mind of yours?" He asked sweetly.

My blush quickly returned as I looked down to my journal. "Ah, n-nothing really."

"Oh?" He mused while placing his elbows on the table and leaning his chin onto his hands. "Then tell me, what is it you're always writing?"

"What I'm writing..." I murmured in response.

I can't tell him that.

With a quick shake of my head, he sighed before chuckling. "No? Then I'll just have to come back tomorrow and see if you'll tell me then."

My eyes shot up to look to his handsome face. The gorgeous smile gracing his lips caused me to only blush some more. "Tomorrow?" I asked softly.

"I'll come every day if that's what it takes to learn more about you." Ren declared as he stood up from his seat and placed a single red rose that had appeared seemingly from no where down on the table in front of me. "This time tomorrow, let's have another date. I'll be waiting for all eternity if you don't show up my lady.~"

And with that, the orange haired idol gave me a wink and walked out the café, leaving nothing behind but his scent and a single rose. I looked to the rose before carefully picking it up and staring at it's beauty.

We have a date tomorrow. How interesting. A date with an idol and I barely even spoke. But what's truly interesting is that my prince from the Rose Kingdom gave me a rose...

Is this the beginning of our fairytale?
