" honestly, i dont know what to feel about us. i love you but im not ready for any commitment. you know how was my past with her right ?" Nash said while still hugging Ein. Obviously the pain of his past relationship still haunting him.

this is it. this is what i want.He cleared it out. Ein thought to herself. Ein and Nash had been friends since they were kid, but they never see each other as a boy and girl. To Ein , Nash is much likely to be a brother , and Nash think that Ein is a sister that he cared so dearly. Until one day it all changed. Ein was just broke up, Nash was always there. The moment they realized , it was too late. Nash and Ein was captured in a bond that they never thought off. At first, both of them was always denying their feelings, while their close friends thought differently. They were always together and their friends would tease them making Nash sideeyeing Ein that blushing real hard. Nash cant help but to find blushing Ein is cute.

Ein's silence makes Nash uncomfortable. He release her, and hold both of her shoulder, looking right into her eyes. Then it came, it feels like there's punches coming from every directions and punch him hard everywhere, he almost break down. She is on the verge of crying, her lips flash a very sweet smile but her eyes betrayed her. She's just another girl, a normal girl. Eventhough she's a bit hard-headed, harsh and far from being girly, she's still a girl afterall. He couldnt afford hurting her more. He heard enough and he knows he's far from the ideal boyfriend she imagined. She wont be happy with him. He loves her so much, it could be the death of him, but she's so fragile, he's afraid to take the risks to hold her closer and tighter. He remembered how she broke down when Chieng was caught with another girl. He's afraid.

Flashback

Ein's pov

"Excuse me miss. You're Ein right ?" a girl approached me.
"I am. uhmm sorry but do I know you ?" I dont know if im rude but for sure im not a so very friendly girl next door type of person.
"Hi. I am Wien. Chieng's friend." She said offering her hand for a handshake. i took it but the moment she said she's Chieng's friend makes me nervous.
"Ahh yeah. have a sit." i said gesturing her to sit.
"I wont be long Ein. I came here just wanted to know a few things about you and Chieng." She said. Her expression turns bitter the moment she said 'you and Chieng' , i flashed the sweetest smile i can not wanting her to sense my uneasiness.
"Yes. Why? What is it about me and Chieng that you wanted to know? " I said trying hard to keep straight face.
"Honestly, i fell inlove with Chieng. and i wanted to know if you're still with him." She said bitting her lips. I can sense her fear. I smiled. Somehow the feelings is not weird. oh yeah, i felt this when my ex fiancee betrayed me. oh well. i've been a very nice kid all this while, maybe God just want to test me. She stared at me as if questioning why am i still smiling after what she said.
"Look Miss, what's your name again?" I said, looking at her. im not good in remembering people names, got problem with that? No? okay.
"Wien." She said.
"ahh Miss Wien. i dont know about you and Chieng but im well aware that things between me and Chieng is still ongoing. maybe there's problems but i believe we both can handle them." I said authoritively.
"He's been telling me all these time that you're ignoring him, and you're to busy with works that you dont have time with him. That's how we started to be close." She said playing with the small vase on the table.
i again flashed a smile, more like smirking.
"So i guest he's been telling you all our problems. Honestly, im not really fond to any people that try to interfere with my personal problems so if anything about me and Chieng, i'll just talk about that with him later. and about you and Chieng, i hope you guys can sort it out later too." im a proud girl. I managed to stay calm facing this bitch. If im me few years ago, this bitch will sure be gone right now.
"Im a girl too Ein. To be honest, i never wanted to meddle in your relationship with Chieng, but im stuck. He never told me about you before until i fell inlove with him and i learnt about you, after i asked him about you, he started telling me all his worries about you and the relationship. Its hard for me at first Ein. knowing the guy i love, actually is someone's boyfriend, but i decided to face you. Its a pure intention Ein. He loves you so much. I can see that. and even if, he still wants me, i cant accept him. He lied to me. Please be more affectionate to him. Appreciate him. That's all i ask." She said. I let out a bitter chuckle.
"Thanks Wein." I said. She let out sigh and excuse herself. For a moment i thought i would passed out. i keep asking myself why Chieng did that. i know im not a good girlfriend but i've been telling him a thousands times that i want him to stay honest even if it will hurt me bigtime. But he lied. I asked him if he had another girl that is close to him, he even swore he doesnt have any. I decide to call him and ask him to meet me where we usually hang out.
