I should have read the contract, sure it had its pros ( duh I'm immortal) but this job was exhausting, constantly being whisked to wherever there was trouble, (and it could be the past, present, or future) and watching it happen, but the worst part was I couldn't do anything about it. My job was this: record the problems. I am an immortal time-traveling reporter.
So I'm not exactly complaining but I'm not thanking the Lord. I love being immortal and time traveling but I hate not being able to do anything about these problems. Also it doesn't give much advance notice I might have 10 seconds to get out of sight before being whisked off.
