You always seem to
Make my day
Even when you are many miles away
I remember the day you left
You committed a theft
You stole my heart
As we both part.
To this day we keep in touch
I just wish I could clutch your hand
But instead we stay up all night
Talking in our bed
Laughing at every word we said
I wish you didn't have to leave
But this way we did achieve
To notice that our love was stronger.
