Elliot's POV
Children's hospitals have always tugged my heart. Kids or anyone for that matter should not have to go through cancer and dying. I have realized what a gift my life has actually been, its had up and downs and heartbreak after heartbreak, but the horror of it is that I could have been living my life this whole time from a hospital bed. Only getting out when I've shown improvement or am on my death bed. It breaks my heart to see all these kids, some not even a year old, going through all of this pain. I walk through the children's hospital, searching for the stairs that would show me to the fourth floor, which Mary Kate's , or MK as I was told to call her, room. "427, 427, 427." I muttered under my breath as I walked down the hall and finally found the room. Knocking on the door with three taps of my knuckles, it slowly opened to see Julie, MK's mom open it putting a finger to her lips to say to be quiet. I tried my hardest to keep quiet as I held the presents I had brought MK. A nurse stood in front of my view of Mary Kate, injecting a substance into her IV that was in her right arm. "Alright doll, that's all for now, I'll be back to give you lunch in two hours. As always you call me if you need anything." The kind nurse smiled and then tapped something on the screen of the monitor beside MK. The nurse left as Mary Kate said a goodbye, turning her head to the TV in the corner of the room, that played a cartoon. "Hey Mary, you have a visitor." Julie , which she insisted me to call her, said with excitement in her voice. MK turned to look at her mother then and I came from behind her, purple balloons flying behind me. Marys eyes lit up as she started squealing. I laughed as I hugged her, small arms wrapping around my neck. She was so small for a ten year old. Which in her case is from the cancer and all that medicine. Its much different then when people say im small. "Your here!" The ten year old squealed coughing as she stopped. "I am! I told you I would be, and do I lie?" I asked with a smile, MK shaking her head side to side.

*30 minutes later

"Are you sure its okay?" I asked the nurse for the fiftieth time in the last ten minutes. "Yes sweetheart its totally fine, you girls have fun!" Marys amazing nurse, Diana, said with a smile exiting out the door to the room. I set up my camera as Mary Kate got her giggles out. She was now wearing the Digi Tour sweatshirt I had given her, over her shirt for the day, and she looked to me. "Ready?" I asked. "Yes! Im so excited!" She said. "Okay so remember what we went over, I'll introduce you and then you tell the camera what your name is and some stuff about yourself. But most of all I want you to have fun okay? If you need up it will be okay, trust me I mess up too, just keep going." I went over the instructions again and she smiled. I shot her a thumbs up and she did it back. Turning back to Julie, I showed her which button to push to start the video. I then walked back over to MK's bed sitting down in the bed beside her with room in between us. Julie counted down from 5 with her fingers and I then started. "Now challenges are my favorite so I think you know how crazy this could get." I said for the intro and then paused for a few moments to be able to edit in my short introduction clip. "Hey, what is up my beautiful wonderlanders? It has been a week and a two days, I know, I know, its been a stressful few days believe me." I said with a sigh. "Oh I can imagine you a few of you are mentally asking me, "Elliot that isn't your usual background." "Elliot why are you in a hospital?" and "Elliot who is the beautiful young lady beside you?" Well let's let her tell you!" I said and then looked at Mary Kate who had already started talking to my camera. She was a natural at this. "Hi everyone! Im Mary Kate and Im 10! You probably have already guessed by now and you are right, I have cancer. But im a fighter I've been told and im almost done with chemo. So there's a good chance it could go away." She said happily and I side hugged her. "Mary Kate and I have became very close over the past few days and so MK can you please tell my viewers what we are doing today?" I said with a smile. "We are doing the best friend tag!" She said. "That's right, if you have been living under a rock then this is what the best friend tag is, I've previously done it with my roommates, but basically, we are going to be asking each other a series of questions about ourselves. In the end, if I have the least amount of points Mary gets to tweet something off of my account along with a suprize, and if she loses then she will find out what her consequence is." I said with a wink and then looked to Julie with a knowing smile. "And with all the rules out there," I said and then pointed to MK to finish my sentence. "Let's go!" She said with enthusiasm and I let out a giggle as we made motions to the side of editing I would put in later. "Okay first question. What is my favorite color?" I asked turning on my phone looking at a best friends quiz online. "That easy, blue or red!" she said with the slightest bit of sarcasm. I laughed and nodded as she asked me the same question. "Light purple." I replied and she clapped showing that I had got it right. After a variety of questions, and about an hour of filming, we had finally finished the questions and had came to a tie. "Well then I guess since we tied we both get our consequence. So here is my phone and my twitter, just no number leaking please. And if you will excuse me for a moment, I will go and get yours." I said and walked out of the camera range to grab the envelope from Julie. I turned back to see Mary Kate casually making silly faces at my camera, she's so cute. "Okay I am back. And in my hand I hold two envelopes that has your consequence in it. But first what did you tweet?" I said looking at the camera then to MK. "I tweeted @ElliotGraceGray: I admit it. I still watch old Justin Bieber music videos when im bored. #guilty #bestfriendtag #ElliotGracevsMaryKate. "
I laughed thinking about the conversation Mary and I had about this topic the other day. "Its true. Okay everyone go find that tweet and retweet it for possibly a follow back!" I said with a wink. "What's my consequence?" MK asked with a smile and I handed her one envelope. She began to open it and I smiled. Her little fingers ripped through the small paper package and she pulled out a little card. I told her to read it and she started to. "As many of you know Elliot, will not be able to make the tour dates for Sacramento and San Francisco. However, after working out a plan with tour mangers, she will be coming back to both events for a second event, in the spring once tour ends. So to all of you people who are going to miss her, you can have that to look forward to." She looked at me then while I cracked a sly smile. She was so confused. "What? How is this a consequence?" She asked me. "Well guys all of y'all are probably confused as her. You see the thing is, over the next few weeks that im off tour, im holding a contest, in this other envelope there are ten tickets. five to each of the two locations. Starting now I want to see all of my wonderlanders out there to show me a difference that they can make. I want you to get creative, to do something amazing. Im going to open a new hash tag on Twitter and Youtube that you will put your video or picture of what you did under. The hash tag is #wonderlandersmakedifferences." I said with a smile into the camera. "The ten people that win will get a free flight and a free VIP ticket to that stop that they win. So have fun guys! The challenge is On!" Mary Kate looked even more confused then before by now. "And that brings me to your consequence Mary Kate. You have already won. You and your mom have the consequence of having to come with me to San Francisco to Digi Tour in the spring. You have made a difference in my life by showing me how much different my life could and appreciate it so thank you." Mary Kate was crying by now and took me into another hug. I then finished the video and after a while it was time for me to go. "Bye baby cakes. I'll see you soon. I love you MK!" I said as I kissed her bald head. She hugged me and held the big teddy bear in her hands. "I love you too Ellibear!! Facetime me soon please?" She asked and I nodded. "You know I will. Promise." I then hugged Julie handing her the tickets and then grabbed my camera stuff, and went back downstairs and out the exit to my car.

After three hours of editing, finally, I was finished. I sighed, making my way down the stairs to the kitchen, Jenn had just called me drilling me to eat so now I have to eat, and talk to one of them as I do. But I already knew who I needed to call. Spencer. Because I knew what I had to do. I was going back to Moorseville in two days and I knew it was time, time to reunite with Skylar and Carson.

Spencer: Heyo!
Tobias: Elli!
Elliot Grace: Hey guys.
Spencer: What's wrong?
Tobias: Elliot talk to us your freaking me out.
Elliot Grace: Guys everything is fine I promise, Im eating right now. Are you guys alone? This is important.
Tobias: Yeah we are.
Spencer: Elliot do I need to come there?
Elliot Grace: Im going to Moorseville in a few days you know..
Tobias: Yeah and?
Spencer: Keep talking.
Elliot Grace: Johnson had a point the other day. Spence I want to see Carson and Skylar.
Spencer: Oh my God. Okay, that's great Gracie.
Tobias: They are going to be so excited!
Elliot Grace: Spence do they still have the same number?
Spencer: Yes, Grace you can do this okay.
Tobias: Everything will be fine.
Elliot Grace: Thanks guys. I love you. I'll talk to you soon.
Tobias and Spencer: Love you too bye!
And with that I hung up the phone. I paced around the room a few times, shaking my hands, and then I grabbed my phone dialing Skylar's number first.
Call launched to unknown number 2:30 am
Skylar: Um hello? Who is this?
Elliot Grace: Skylar? Its me.
Skylar: Me? Who is me?
Elliot Grace: Grace, Spencer, its Gracie.
Skylar: Oh my God, Gracie! Is it really you?
Elliot Grace: Its me Sky. Im so sorry for not calling you sooner.
Skylar: Its okay Grace, I understand, you were scared. Where are you? Where have you been?
Elliot Grace: I'll answer all your questions I promise but I want to do it in person. I'll be in town in two days.
Skylar: Seriously?! Oh my God!
Elliot Grace: Seriously. Look I would love to keep talking to you believe me but I need to call Carson. And its 2:40 in the morning here so I'll let you go.
Skylar: I understand. I'll see you soon. Hey and Grace, im had you called.
Elliot Grace: Me too Sky. I love you Woods.
Skylar: I love you too Espinosa.
By the end of the call both of us were in tears. I didn't care when she called me Espinosa. She called me what my name is. And im starting to except it. Even though I still cannot be around Matt, I can't stand to look at him. Much less tell my secret yet.
Call to unknown number launched at 2:43 am
Carson: Yes? Do you have the wrong number?
Elliot Grace: I don't think so Carson its Gracie.
Carson: This better not be another prank Bentley, because if it is its so not funny.
Elliot Grace: Car Car, its me. Im not a prank. Its really me.
Carson: I really is y-you.
Elliot Grace: Yeah Carson its me.
Carson: Grace where did you go? I understand why and why you haven't called me but where are you?
Elliot Grace: Car, look I promise I'll explain everything okay just not now, I want to tell you to your face.
Carson: What do you mean?
Elliot Grace: I'll be there in two days. Can you, Skylar and I meet at your place? It has to be private.
Carson: Of course! Oh my God I can't believe I finally get to see you after these years!
Elliot Grace: I know, I'll see you soon but I have to get to bed, Its 2:56 here so I need to get to bed.
Carson: Oh okay. I love you Graciebaby.
Elliot Grace: I love you too. Bye.
I hung up after that and smiled. In that time that it took to talk to both of them I had walked upstairs to my bedroom and say on my bed. I smiled after putting my phone on the charger and then laying back. Today was the first great day I have had in a while.
