It had been two years since the last fight, two years since Kisshu left earth and the new aliens came to try and take over the planet, just as Kisshu had. Ichigo Momomiya was now sixteen, almost seventeen, and was still on the team. Her friends: Zakuro, Pudding, Mint, Lettuce, they were all still part of the team, and closer than ever. Two years...

Ichigo was walking home from school, her shoes clicking against the sidewalk. Her boyfriend, Masaya, was at practice, so she had to walk home alone today, but she didn't mind. After all, she was only going to the cafe. She started working sometimes after school, and Pudding was usually there to keep her company. Pudding was now eleven, almost twelve years old. She was still as energetic as ever, but it didn't really bug the team as much anymore. It usually got their spirits up. Once she arrived at the cafe, she glanced around as there were no customers. They were always open, though. "Ryou?" She called, glancing around the cafe. Where was he?
"Back here." She heard the familiar voice and she smiled before walking to the back.
"Hey, Ryou, why aren't we open?" Ryou didn't even bother to glance up from the computer as he spoke.
"Today we are tracking the aliens, trying to figure out what there next move is. You can home, for today. We will notify you if anything happens." The girl whined softly and sighed.
"Do you know how boring today has been, and I can't even work to get my mind off of it?"
"You can mop." Ichigo then shut up and grabbed her bag, walking out of the cafe, closing the door behind her. She checked her cellphone, but she had no texts from Masaya. They had been distant lately, but it wasn't a bother since they were both busy with school, Masaya with training, and Ichigo with fighting. She began walking down the sidewalk and let out a small sigh, her eyes downcast.

A little while later, instead of going home, Ichigo had showed up at the park. She set her bag down and relaxed on a bench, leaning her head back and she closed her eyes. As soon as she did, it was like she was sent back into her memories.

"Ichigo." Came a soft voice, but it sounded irritated. The girl turned, and came face to face with a boy with green hair. Kisshu.
"Kisshu!" She gasped, and took a few steps back. "Why are you here?" She was just on her way to go see Masaya, and he just showed up. She hated that. "Leave me alone."
Kisshu remained still before he landed on his feet and took a few steps towards her. "Ichigo, I want you to come with me." Her eyes widened slightly and she shook her head.
"What are you talking about?"
"You know what I'm talking about." His hand wrapped around her wrist and she was pulled to him. "I want you to come with me, we can leave, you know." His voice sounded sad. "Me and you, we can go somewhere else and leave this planet to destruction. I want you to come with me." Ichigo stared at him before shaking her head.
"I want to see Masaya!" Her voice echoed, and Kisshu soon became hard. His voice was no longer soothing.
"You're still thinking about that human?" He then floated up into the air and tried to take her with him. "You have no choice anymore, Ichigo! You are mine!"
"No, Kisshu, I won't come with you!"

Ichigo's eyes opened abruptly, and she could still hear the memory in her head. Her eyes saddened, and she sat up, resting her hands in her lap. Even though she chose Masaya, sometimes he popped back into her mind, and she couldn't forget him.

"Are you crying, Ichigo?" Kisshu whispered, looking up at the girl who was holding him. He had just been stabbed by Deep Blue, and Ichigo was holding him. "Do you remember all those great times together?" He whispered, his golden eyes staring up at the woman he loved.
Ichigo began to cry, and she tightened her grip, and he stirred a little. She knew he was dying and uncomfortable, and there was nothing she could do. "Kisshu.." She whispered.
"Don't say my name like that, kitty." He muttered, closing his eyes for a moment before he opened them. "Ichigo, let me give you something." He slowly managed to lean up, but before his lips could touch hers, his heart gave out and he fell back, his eyes now closed. Ichigo's eyes widened, and she realized the true feelings in her heart. And with that, she let out a giant scream with his name ringing out.

The red-headed girl shook her head and stood up, grabbing her bag and beginning to walk home. She wasn't going to think of that. That was two years ago. She ended up saving Kisshu. He was now taking care of his species and planet. She was happy. And she hoped he was happy as well. He was gone, not a part of her life anymore. Or so she thought. She continued walking, her thoughts turning elsewhere as her cellphone beeped, and she received a text from Masaya.

Up on a tall building, a familiar figure stood on the edge, looking over the park, his golden eyes following a girl who was walking home. "Ichigo." He said to himself, before his figure disappeared.
