*Niall had just washed all the clothes they have on them, so they were freshly dressed for the new day they have ahead of them in Holmes Chapel.
Last night Louis and Niall both had a talk while resting in a field at a park; about how nice this place was already, even if they haven't seen all of it. They decided that they were going to settle in here, at least for now
After using the computers at the public library, they found that they had a lot of open jobs in this quaint village.
They both had to make an email for them to be contacted by, since they sent in resumes, which took a while, neither of them being exactly experienced with technology.
They both liked the idea of having jobs, something to occupy their time with, and maybe meeting new people.
They both reluctantly agreed to save and rent a cheap, small flat, since winters are getting harsher.
Niall said that they should get phones, but Louis' doesn't see the use in them.
They don't really have anyone to keep in contact with besides each other, and emergencies don't really come up for them.
Well, maybe Niall would want to keep in contact with Liam, they seemed pretty close.
~
It was the next day, a Sunday actually, in November.
Niall and Louis were both back at the library again and on the computers to check their inboxes, praying that they hear back from any of the jobs they had applied to.
Louis' was getting pretty frustrated with this ancient computer that was really slow.
He tried logging in, and it said his log-in information was incorrect.
What? He typed his email properly, and re did his password about ten times, but it kept saying it was wrong.Louis' pouts, and puts his hands on either side of the computer, giving it a little shake in a joking manner.
"You won't be getting away with this, computer!"Louis' hears a snort from behind him, so he spins around in the uncomfortable library chair, and is met with a boy who looks no older than his age.
He has wild curly hair, and his green eyes hold amusement.
"Talking to the computer won't fix any problem with it mate, trust me, I know from experience." He says slowly, the metal ring on the left side of his bottom lip moving as he speaks."Yeah well, it was my last resort." Louis tells the random guy, still aggravated with the computer.
"Well, here, let me have a look." He suggests, and comes over to Louis' peering over his shoulder to glance at the monitor.
He started laughing a bit, and Louis' frowns.
"What?" Louis' asks him impatiently, still waiting to check his inbox.
"You put 'hotmail.ci.uk', it's '.co.uk' with an 'o', not an 'i'", he says, as if it was the most obvious thing ever.Louis' huffs a bit at that, and slides down in his seat a little.
"Well it's not my fault I haven't used one of these things in years." He informs him.
"Well why not?" He questions.
"Well unless they have computers out on the streets here with free internet, then I have no idea."He looks at me a little confused, but then he finally catches on.
"Oh so you're... Homeless?" He asks.
"Well..." Louis starts, turning back to the computer to change '.ci' to '.co', and clicks the log-in button. It loaded, and he has one email.
Louis' clicks it and opens it, skimming over it."Not for long... Sorry, what's your name?" Louis asks the attractive stranger.
"Harry, m'names Harry."
He sticks a hand out, and Louis notices some tattoos here and there on his arm.
So he takes it, giving it a little shake.
"Louis." he tells Harry, dropping his hand.
"Well, nice to meet you then." He says to Louis, who nods in response."Likewise, Harry. Anywho, looks like I'll be working as a cashier at the Tesco round' the block. Then maybe after about a month's worth of paychecks, I'll be renting a flat with my other mate Niall, who also lives on the streets with me." Louis says, not ashamed to be living under the sky instead of a roof.
"Well Louis, I must be on my way. I work at the bakery right near the Tesco, maybe I'll see you around. Oh, and.." he stops for a second, scribbling down something on a piece of paper and handing it to Louis.
"Take this. It's my number, I'm assuming you don'y have a cell, but if you ever have anymore computer troubles, scout out a payphone." He says to Louis, who nods with a little smile.
"Sure, why not." He says to Harry, while slipping the paper into his jeans' pocket.
"Brilliant. See ya later alligator!" Harry calls out, waving goodbye as he exits the library.Louis laughs to himself at Harry's departure.
He liked Harry, but they were polar opposites. But opposites attract, right? Maybe that's why they got on so easy.He has wild hair, while Louis' was naturally tame, thin, and straight.
He was tall, and Louis was quite short, compared to him, at least.
He dresses dark, and Louis dresses in light and expressive colours.
He has many tattoos, anywhere visible from what he saw, and Louis has completely bare skin.
He has piercings in many different places, his lip, his eyebrow, his nose, his septum, and both of his ears, while Louis has no metal anywhere.Harry was just Harry, and Louis was just Louis.
