Fwop. (references already, yep) My water bed splashed around. A soft scrape of paws against my comforter forced me to open my eyes. The sight almost made me jump; Moon's giant Wolf-dog body standing over mine. Her white fur stuck to the slobber on her mouth. My eyes widened a little. "Moon... Off girl" I groaned. She cocked her head. "Off." I repeated, sternly. Her stance loosened and she jumped heavily off my bed. I slowly sat up to look at my alarm clock conveniently placed across the room, in front of my bed. I squinted to see with out my glasses, 6:55 am. 'EVERY GOD FORBIDDEN MORNING' my mind raged. Everyday Moon would wake me up 5 minutes before 7:00, when my alarm went off. I rubbed the sleep out of my eyes, then reached for my glasses at my bed side stand. Or where they were supposed to be. I squinted around the room to see my Russian Blue, Floof, on my dresser. Her eyes widened with disgust and her tail fur flew up in every direction possible. Her green eyes set above my face caused me to turn to my mirror, also across the room; beside my alarm stand. My eyes then flared with disgust. My hair, dear God my hair. It was a ball of rats. It's blue tips looked like frozen stalactites. I then looked down to the ground for my glasses. Yep, sure enough. Floof, named after Markiplier's once blue floofy hair, had knocked them off in the middle of the night. She does this constantly, everything from shot glasses to lamps. I picked them up and adjusted to better sights. Everything was perfect, movie discs and books scattered across the floor, along with clothes, my one pair of jeans with that weird substance stuck to it that I really don't want to touch... I got out of bed carefully. Floof stared at me all the way to where my hair brush was set. It went down like thunder and lighting but was brushed out soon enough. I shuffled out my bedroom door. My apartment's wood floor cold to the feet. I walked down the short hall to the top of the stairs. Moon raced past me, chasing Floof, down the stairs. I shook my head and started down them myself. My natural brick-red loose curls bouncing at each step. The quick, even colder, sensation of my front door tile made me shiver. It then went back to cool wood. I took a glance at my huge one piece couch that took up my little living room, the tv pressed against my staircase wall, with bath room door beside it then with kitchen/dinning room leading to my back, not so private, patio and yard. I say it's not private because it's only partially in closed, the fence covers my patio sides with then leaves an open area to all neighbors. And yes, my back door is glass... I walk into my, also tiled, kitchen. Which was probably the biggest room in the 3 bathroom, 2 bedroom apartment. The kitchen was crowded with cabinets. Slim ones in between the dishwasher, ones above the counters, pot-hangers over the stove, overall enclosed in cabinets. The one and only thing that I hate about this apartment complex is that no rooms have laundry rooms. But I can't lie, good price good size. The only reason why I got this bigger place is that Moon and Floof count as household members, as this one was made for three people. A 'thump, thump, thump' began. I saw Moon hitting her tail off the wood beside her food bowl. I walk over to one of the many cabinets and pulled out a small bag of dog food. I dumped one third of the new bag in her bowl and watched her inhale it all. She looked at me for more. I laughed, "eat, sleep and eat." I walked over to my fridge-freezer after my scoff to make breakfast for myself. 'Make' meaning 'put it in the toaster then cover it in icing.' I opened the top part of my fridge to be welcomed by a freezing breeze. I reached out for the toaster-strudels, other wise known as 'heaven in a toaster.' Closing the freezer door, I turned swiftly to my toaster. Shoved my cherry filled strudel into the mini stove-micro-thingy. My phone went off across the room. Leaving the amazing smell, I walked over to my phone set on it's charger beside my table, trying to avoid tripping over Moon and Floof. I picked up the blue IPhone engraved with "PI_" to see a new email notification. I slid the note aside, typed in my passcode and began to read. What I read was unexpected.
