Cadense's POV.

I held the tablets in my hand and sighed as tears slide down my cheeks. I looked into the mirror and saw my blood shoot eyes. More tears feel. I looked back at the tablets in my hand. I took a deep breath.

Just DO it!

That voice in my head yelled. I sighed and I popped a tablet in my mouth.

*1 YEAR AGO*

"Ready?" My dad questioned. He has a dumb smirk planted across.his face. I nodded and opened the back door, grabbed my stuff and got out.

"BYE CADENSE! HAVE FUN, MAKE FRIENDS AND DON'T LISTEN.TO THE TEACHER AND GET BAD GRADES!"

I sighed and turned around only to see my dad sticking his head out the window and waving.

"AND DON'T--"

I tuned him out and walked away. I was walking a but fast. I opened the door to my new school and a breeze flooded through the door landing on my body and blowing at my face.

"Cade, you go to.the gym, and I go to the MPR."

my sister Jess said. You can tell see was sleepy because of the way she slurred her words. Her eyes were red a puffy. She walked away.

I followed behind her, shyly and slowly.

Out of nowhere a smile shoot across her face. "AUDREY!"

Her friend Audrey smiles and opened her arms as Jess ran into them. "OMG I MISSED YOU SO MUCH!" she smiled at me, and before she talked to me I walked away. I walked a but fast. I looked over at my side and kept walking.

Then I felt myself crash into something.

More like someone.

I looked up at a pair it greenish hazel eyes.

"Hi, I'm Kyler" he smiled showing his soft dimples that caved softly into his cute cheeks.

"Hi, I-I'm cadense." I smiled. He looked down at me and returned a smile.

That smile. It made me melt.

"Well, hi, cadence" He smiles again when saying mg name. "I like your name." He nodded a but and looked away.

There was an awkward tension between us. I thought I might as well break ice. I parted my lips and sucked in about to say something when I heard a voice from my right

"Cadense, yah. She's mine." their voice was raspy and deep.

I recognize that voice...

I turned around slowly
