THE 5th WAVE

A normal life

"Cassy! come down for lunch!" Her mum shouted while putting some plates on the table. Cassy jogged down stairs and into the kitchen and sat down to eat her lunch. 

She took her phone out and went outside "bye mum I'm going to meet up wit cat!" she closed the door and went to the theatre and waited outside the ticket booth.

Cat ran to Cassy still buttoning up her fancy jumper. "Hey cat!" Cassy smiled and went to give her friend a hug. "Hey Cassy!" they both looked at each  other then went to get their tickets. 

They both watched TED 2 witch was pretty boring but fun to watch they both went to a restaurant to get their dinner then they both went home. 

"Mum! Can we go to the fun fair today?" Cassy asked  as she changed into her normal clothes and put some blusher on just to look perfect. "Ask you're dad if he says yes then we'll go!" mum shouted from the kitchen then she carried on washing the dishes and puting them in the dish dryer. 

Cassy ran downstairs to her dads room and burst in "dad can we go to the fun fair today? please!!!" She closed the door slowly then faced her dad who was eating a sandwich. "umm let me think about it Cas" Cassy burst out from her dads room then sat on the couch and watched her fave singer Zara Larsson, of coarse, who wouldn't like her. 

After a while, Cassy's dad came in threw the door but found cassy sleeping so he shook her a bit. Cassy waked up then yawned before rubbing her eye's "yeah dad?". Her dad had something behind his back  Cassy knew it but what was the thing "Dad what's behind you're back?" her dad pointed at the calender. Cassy lifted one eyebrow then rolled her eye's as she walked towards the calender and saw what day it is, she squealed then jumped up and down then ran over to my dad "SURPRISE!" he took out from behind his a back a flat thing that was wrapped and another one that looked like a box and again it was wrapped.

Cassy opened one then screamed she just was speechless "thank you daddy thank you thank you thank you so much!!!"

she ran to the peg grabbed her coat and put it on while opening the door and running to the fun fair. She got there by taxi cause it  was a long way anyway she got there and phoned Cat "Cat you won't  believe it  but  my dad gave me 2 tickets to the fun fair!"

"cool that's exciting! but why did he give it to you?"

Cassy squealed "It's my birthday! guess how old I am!" 

Cat clapped "how old are you?"

"19!"

cat gasped "Ok coming!"

Cat met Cassy at the fun fair and they both bought candy floss and played games before they had to go home to sleep and get ready for school tomorrow.
