"Ah! I'm sorry! Is this your cat?" The young woman stood up, ESP kitty nestling in her arms. Her hair was (H/C) and her eyes were a mesmerizing (E/C) colour. There was a small blush on her face, presumably from embarrassment. She handed the cat back over to the man, his expression at a constant neutral. She was about to turn around and leave when the male stopped her. The (H/C)ette was a little confused, not really sure why he'd want her to stay behind. Soon enough they had started up a conversation of sorts, cats mostly. They sat at the small wooden bench in the park and talked to one another for the next few hours, not even realizing that the sun had started to set. When the young girl had noticed she practically leaped up and frantically apologized to her new friend for she had to be going before her roommate called the police to report a missing woman (she was like that apparently).

"Maybe we could meet up again tomorrow?" She asked, a rather hopeful gleam in her eyes. They agreed for 3:00pm at the same place, why not, right? They also had a back-up idea of a small café nearby if it happened to rain. Weather was pretty un-predictable after all. She gave him a pleasant smile and waved goodbye before she started to daintily run off.

But wait, she turned back. The girl quickly inquired for his name.

About a month had passed since the time both Ichimatsu and (Y/N) had met. They didn't always meet up at the bench, sometimes they'd walk around for a little bit. Cats would come up to at random intervals because they recognized him. (Y/N) was fascinated, eventually dubbing him the 'Cat God'. This made him smile a little. A Cat God huh? Interesting.

Over the past month Ichimatsu had come to the conclusion that he and (Y/N) were pretty much polar opposites when it came to live, her having a more optimistic attitude towards everyone and often encouraging him to try new things.

"Never say you don't like something until you've tried it!" She would say as she skipped in front of him and walked backwards so she could face him. "That's what my mother taught me." Ah yes. Her mother. She brought her up on occasion. One time when it had been rained un-expectantly they had both rushed back to the young woman's house for cover as it was nearby, and as they had walked in Ichimatsu had seen a small frame on the wall.

"Hm, that's my mother. She died about seven years ago." The male felt a tinge of guilt as she said that and he tried to apologize. However she brushed it off. "Don't be. She lived her life to the full and she got her wish. She had a family. If only she could've stuck around to see mine, well when I get one that is." The (H/C) haired girl laughs a little with not even a hint of sadness in her tone.

Yeah she certainly had a happier outlook on life, more so than Ichi had. But they still had similarities! Like when she was younger she used to sit in a corner and just play with a cuddly toy cat she'd gotten as a birthday present one year. She may not have really enjoyed pain being inflicted onto people, but she thoroughly enjoyed it in TV shows. She would also go hysterical whenever one person was murdered in some brutal way.

"Holy shit!" She would squeal. "Did you see that? Look at all that blood on the walls! God, I love this program." This had made her friend laugh a little.

(Y/N) was something, which was what Ichimatsu was sure of.

He ran through the streets as fast as he could as the rain came hammering down and thunder clouds started to erupt sound. He was trying to get home as quickly as he could, maybe his mother would know what was wrong with her, and she had to know! Mother's knew everything, right?!
