"Finally here." I said under my breath as I walked out of the airport. I've finally moved to Glendale. Now to just meet Barry at his office, Or as he likes to call it, the "Grump Space". And as usual, I forgot the address. I took my phone out of my pocket and paced around the empty side of the parking lot.

Hey. I'm finally at the airport! If you could pick me up that'd be great.

After a moment of waiting he responded.

Barry: K. I'll be there in a bit

Thanks!

I sat down on a bench and went on my phone. After a few minutes of scrolling and tapping, Barry stood in front of me. "Heyo." He said happily, as always. "Hi. Sorry you had to pick me up. I forgot the address. Plus I have no car." I said shutting off my phone and turning my attention to Barry. He laughed. "It's fine. Are you sure you still want to go to the office? It's mostly just editing and sometimes playing games." He asked. My eyes lit up. "I'd love to go there! I've always wondered what it was like in there. It it busy?" I asked. "It's pretty busy. Most of my friends work there, too. So you could meet them." He said. "I'd be honored to meet them." I smiled. "That's good." He said.

We walked to his car and Barry started driving. I started to feel nervous. What if his friends don't like me? What if Barry has to do something and it's just me and a stranger in the room? After a few minutes of driving and worrying, Barry started talking. "It's.....here." He said as he pointed to the grump office. "Nice." I said, putting on a nervous smile. Barry smiled back, happier and more confident than I was.

I stepped out of the car and shut the door, keeping my eyes latched onto the building. I was extremely nervous at this point. I've never even seen these guys in person and here I am, going into their office. "Cmon." Barry said as he walked up to the door. I stood behind him as he opened the door. I walked in with him, looking around the office.

There were two girls sitting at the counter sipping coffee, or tea. Whatever it was it was steaming. Two guys, which I guessed to be Arin and Dan, recording each other. One said. "HERE COMES THE JUMPKICK!" And did a karate-like kick before falling into a beanbag. Two..teenagers..or just really young adults..editing at two of the computers.

The two girls looked at you and Barry and waved. They walked up to you and smiled. "Hi Barry!" One said. She has short, fading light pink hair with bangs. "Holly, Suzy, this is y/n. Y/n, Suzy and Holly." Barry introduced me to them. "Hi." I said in a shy tone. "Hey." They said. "So do you live in Glendale or just visiting?" Holly asked. "Actually, I just got here 30 minutes ago. And yes, I'm living here now." You said to her. Holly nodded. "Well then, welcome!" Suzy said. "Thank you!" You smiled wide. "You'll like it here." Holly assured. "I hope so." You said. Holly laughed. "HERE COMES THE JUMPKICK!" One of the guys yelled before kicking the garbage bin and falling over. He laid in pain holding his foot.

"Is he okay?" You asked Barry, looking up at him. "He's fine." He assured. You nodded, staring back at the two. One of them stopped recording and laughed. The other guy was still in pain, but laughed. One looked over at you. "Oh hey." He said as he waved to you. He had short, straight hair with. "Oh wait, Barry is that y/n?" He asked. "Yup." He nodded. "Well it was nice meeting you, Y/n! Unfortunately, we have to go. See you around!" Holly said as she walked out with Suzy. "Bye!" We all said, except for Dan, who groaned out a "cya". Barry walked over to the guys and I followed. "Guys, this is Y/n. She's from (your state)." Barry said. "Hi." the one with the shoulder cut said. The other sat up and said "Hey."

"The one with the Jewfro (Jewish Afro) is Dan." He waved to me. I waved back and smiled. "And the one on the beanbag is Arin." Barry said. "Hey." he said, going through a shelf filled with video games.
I introduced myself to them as Arin shuffled through the collection.
"Wanna play Mario Kart?" Arin asked, holding up the DS game case.
