Rake: Kaiser, do you think they will be successful?
Kaiser: Only time will tell, but we have other things to do.
Rake: Yeah... I trust that beat will take him to the emerald forest.
Kaiser: Let's get going!
Both Rake and Kaiser got on top of a white dragon and flew to an unspecified location. Meanwhile, Logan and Beat go to the emerald forest.
Logan's POV:
Beat: So what is this special mission Rake assigned to you?
Logan: Everybody left because of a reason. I can't tell it to anyone, I'm sorry.
Beat: Sure. Everyone has their secrets. But I was assigned to take you to the emerald forest, and that is what I will do.
Logan: Thanks Beat. It is a relief having someone after all what happened. I swear Vath will pay for this.
Beat: I'm glad I am not the only one who thinks that.
There was a rustling noise in the trees.
Logan: Huh? ICE SPEAR!!!
I threw an Ice spear at the bush, a bunny hopped out and ran away.
Logan: Well, I guess we should get going.
Beat: Logan!!!
Beat carried logan to safety right before he was crashed by a tree.
Logan: Moving trees!!!
Beat: Crap! Watch out!
A tree emerged from below, tossing them back into the emerald forest.
Logan: We are surrounded!!
Beat: Don't lower your guard!! All we can do now is fight!!
Meanwhile...
Mifune's POV:
We have our camp set. Everyone is ready for battle. We can see the enemy camp over the horizon, And it looks like they outnumber us Ten to One.
Vath: Hello there mongrels.
Vath had emerged from a cloud of smoke, but not alone. He was surrounded by 12 players.
Mifune: Vath.
Vath: Oh I'm sorry! I forgot to introduce to you the 12 sentinels of the apocalypse!
Terra: What is all this?!?
Voltz: Vath!!!
Oboro: They are not true. They are but a shadow.
Arielle: Then I shall vanish you at once.
Exalos: No. They cannot hurt us in this form. What do you want to tell us now?
Vath: These are the men that will destroy you, and then take you away from NLO once and for all.
