I was sitting there at the cáfe, very impatient for my ride. "It's almost a quarter after eight." I whispered to myself, looking at my watch on my wrist. Caleb said he had a surprise for me, something that I wouldn't suspect. I took another sip of my coffee and tapped my long finger nails onto the table. I bit ny lower lip, waiting, waiting, and waiting for him. He didn't show up.
I felt tears heating up my eyes, I blinked and a tear rolled down my cheek. I called and called Caleb, no answer. My phone buzzed and I've gotten a call from Caleb.
"Hello, Caleb?" I answered as my voice weakened.
"I'm not coming, I'm busy."
"You specifically said you were around the corner from here, you did this way too much and left me."
"I'm sorry, I have things to do to, I think I have a life to Jordayn."
"How will I get back home, I can't take the bus back home, I spent it on the coffee while I was waiting for you!" I shouted.
"Calm down."
"I'm not going to calm down, you lied to me, you this way to much!"
"I getting tired of your bullshit Jordayn, yelling at me, and telling me what to do. its over."
I grew silent and hung-up. Tears rushing down my face. I covered my face, not wanting to be seen by the people that heard me shout. I suddenly looked up, a black haired male came inside the door. He had a cigarette in his hand, he blew out the head and through it in the trash can. When he looked up, his hazel eyes were glowing, light pale akin, and soft pink lips. He wasn't so muscular, he was somewhat average and he was tall. He looked over at me, I quickly covered my face and wiped the tears off my face.
I heard him step up to be slowly and sit down the chair. He uncovered my face and looked into my eyes. He gently wiped the tears away from my face.
"Is something the matter, miss?" He smirked.
I looked up at him, his gorgeous eyes looking deeply in mine. I was choking on my words, not knowing what to say.
"Are you going to answer?"
"I apologize, my "boyfriend" left me here and dumped me." I sighed.
"He shouldn't leave such a pretty girl like you, need a ride home?"
"Thank you, so much."
He nodded, lending me a hand and taking me to his car. I know, I'm not supposed to take a ride from a stranger but I had no other choice. He had a Mazda 6, a really nice car. He opened the car door for me, I gave him a warm smile, and stepped inside. He walked over to the other side.of the car and sat in the driver's seat. He turned on the car and drove off.
"What's your name?"
"Jordayn."
"I'm Jaydon."
