we sit down in a room and a woman opens with. "welcome to the spartan 2 project. you all are here because you volenteered to be a part of a massive project. you have been selected from most others that volenteered because you are stronger, and faster then most of the teenagers your age. we plan to make you the best class of military personel. in what we call, the spartans. you all will be given ogmentations to enhance your strength, and speed. you each will be split into teams of 2 and tested. if you pass these tests you will be deployed to see of you can complete a mission. if that is so, the teams that win will be pared into a team of 4 where you will be taken to the field. now off to lunch no doubt you all are hungry."
(3rd person P.O.V.)
<the following day>
Doctor Halsey looks at a scientist who says. "Doctor, subject 117's DNA signiture shows that he is already as strong as the spartans we have in the field." she looks at the woman and says. "thats impossible, no normal human being can be born with skills like that naturally." the scientist points out. "subject 117 is half human, half demon. just like subjects 118, 119, 127." Halsey then answers. "that explains it. their powers give them enhanced strength, speed, and reaction timing. i have been watching as 117, and 119 have been talking. they seem to get along nicely. i want them to be paired into a team. we'll see how well they work together."
