Nova Marshall is younger sister of Haley Marshall. After spending some time in Mystic Falls, they finally gained a lead on the identity of their birth parents, after working with Professor Shane to get it. But before they left, one liquor fueled evening with a certain Original Hybrid, is about to get Nova into a predicament she never expected to happen.
When they arrive in New Orleans, a group of witches deliver the news she is pregnant, leaving her shocked and unsure of what to do. Soon taken into the care of the Original Family, life becomes a constant battle to protect her and her unborn child, against any threat that comes her way.
In the midst of all of this, Nova finds herself falling in love with the father of her child, Klaus Mikaelson but constantly trying to push those feelings away. In the end, will everything going on and the birth of their child bring them together ?
Or will Nova just let the chance of being with him slip away ?
