Just recently George lost his job as being a teacher. Since he lost his job, he could not pay for his wife to have the surgery she needed to survive. Unfortunately, the wife just kept getting sicker and sicker. She was constantly saying goodbye to George before she went to sleep. Not knowing I those were going to be her last words or not. One night, those were her last words. George cries uncontrollably even though he had seen this coming.

The funeral came around and George noticed his son and daughter coming through the door. They both walked right by him without even acknowledging him. His heart broke even more. After the ceremony was over, he began walking toward his kids. They noticed him walking over, and they waited for him. He told them he was glad to see them. They said they were only there for "mom". Then, they walked to their car and drove away. George had left as well, with his 6ft. shoulders slumped over, shaking with sadness, and gone back home.

Two weeks passed and it happened again. At ten same time. In the same place, tipping over the same lamp, creating the same size lump. George has been trying to figure out why that lump in the carpet kept happening at the same time of the wife's death. But the answer never came to him. When the lump appeared his first instinct was to grab a chair and throw it at the lump. Thinking an animal or rodent would come out from under. He was wrong. Nothing did come out of it, it just stayed the same.

Not only was that happening, but while George was sleeping he felt a gust of wind. He awoke and looked in shock. Georges hair had been missing. Not all of it, but a strip in the middle. He was completely confused! All he wanted to do was go back to bed. When he woke up in the morning, it sounded Kiel his alarm was screaming at him. Another five days went by and George wasn't able to sleep. He was so tired that PLOP! His tea just slipped right out of his hand. It had been a month since George's wife had died. Each and every day George got more depressed than he was the day before. He could not stop thinking about his wife. He felt as if he couldn't function without her in his life. She was the only thing he had in his life, considering his kids dong like him. George had a picture of his wife next to his bed. Looking at the picture, he said goodbye. Tired and depressed, George had just finally gone to sleep and the same as his wife, those were his final words.
