To have confidence on yourself, you must learn how to be more relax, just go with the flow and don't stress about the little things.
Being more relax takes tension away from your body making you more happier.
Going with the flow isn't a bad thing, it just means you are walking on a path that is already made for you. But if you don't like the path that you're going then you could take charge and make a difference.
Don't stress about little things. Everything happens for a reason and than rather focusing on the chaos, look for that reason and keep your mind open foe the bigger picture.
