More Than I'll Ever Know

I keep falling for you
You keep falling for me
You made life feel better then it seems
Now that you're gone it's like I'm in a dream
Every time I think of you
I think of something new
Another reason why I loved you
But you already knew
Now she's smiling
Finally happy
But she's out of reach
Why can't I be
With my baby
Shes out on that endless beach
Now my words are nearly done
And my babies nearly gone
She wanted to move along
and I'm left alone to carry on

I'll love her more than she'll ever know
I just wish she never had to go
We went through all the good times and the bad
I hope she knew she was the best friend I ever had
I still think about us every now and then
I always think about why did it have to end
The world just got too much for her to take
now my baby's gone to her final fate Never even got to say goodbye
Now I'm left just wondering why
Why did she think she had to go
And did she love me more than I'll ever know
