Chapter 9- Talks

Hey guys I just realized that I made a mistake with the last chapter. Riker did not dance first the order of the night was: Mark, and Willow, Robert, and Kym, Riker, and Allison, Charlotte, and Keo, Patti, and Artem, Chris, and Witney, Michael, and Peta, Nastia, and Derek, Redfoo, and Emma, Sharna, and Noah, Suzane, and Tony, and finally Rumer, and Val.

Riker's P.O.V.

After I texted my mom, she quickly replied.

M-OK. How about tomorrow at 3? Is everything okay honey?

R- Everything is fine mom. It's just that Brittany and I need to talk to you about our relationship. Also could you delete the picture you posted of us? Please.

M- Ok. I will delete even though it's so adorable. Im saving it first. Do you want me to send it to you and Brittany?

R- Yes please, thanks mom. I love you.

M- Love you too honey. (Picture she sent down below)

Brittany had stopped crying by than. I looked down and saw that she had stopped crying and was sleeping peacefully. I picked her up and saw that she was still in her clothes from when we left yesterday. I wanted to be repsectful and let her sleep but I didn't wanna change her myself and make her and me uncomfortable. I decided to change her shirt but close my eyes and hope for success. I grabbed the hem of her shirt and closed my eyes hoping for success and I realised that I didn't have another shirt so I took mine off and put it on her. It would also be easier to change her bottoms since my shirt went down to her thighs. I walked upstairs and grabbed some of her favorite Victoria's Secret pajama shorts and came back downstairs to the couch where she was. I looked away again and slid off her leggings and slid her shorts onto her tiny frame. Once I was finished I put her clothes in her laundry basket and carried her upstairs. I decided to go back to my house tonight so i tucked her into the bed and as soon as she touched the bed she began to stir but not wake up. I smiled, and kissed her forehead. She smiled in her sleep causing me to smile once again. I walked out grabbing my jacket and zipping it up over my bare chest. I was about to grab my car keys when I decided to leave her a note. I walked into her little "office" area where I knew she kept paper pens and pencils. I wrote a note saying, Hey Britt I went home for tonight but I will see you tommorow and dress pretty im taking you on a date tommorow at 6. I put it in the kitchen the place I know she goes first thing in the morning. I grabbed my car keys and left to my house.

Brittany's P.O.V.

I woke up and walked downstairs to the kitchen to get some water. I saw a note on the fridge. It was from Riker. Hey Britt I went home for tonight but I will see you tommorow and dress pretty im taking you on a date tommorow at 6, it read. I smiled and grabbed my water and began to make breakfast. I was in the middle of flipping my pancakes when there was a loud, quick knock on the door. "One minute!" I yelled and turned off the burner so my pancake wouldn't burn. I jogged to the front door and opened it to see a half awake Emma Slater on my doorstep. "Emma what are you doing here?" I asked her. "Didn't you get the call? Emergency meeting and rehearsal for the whole cast including the competitors." She said. "Oh gosh no I didn't get it." Just than I was interrupted by my phone ringing. "Hello?" I awnsered. "Hi Brittany, this is Paul from DWTS I am just calling to tell you there is an emergency meeting at 9:30. Be at the studio by 9:00." He said. "Okay thank you." I said and hung up. "Well I just got the call. Oh my gosh what time is it Emma?" I asked pulling her inside and rushing up the stairs to get ready. "It's 8:30, we have a half an hour to be at the studio and to get you dressed and showered. You go get in the shower and I will pick out your clothes and I will help you do your hair and everything." Emma said. "Okay. Thank you so much Em." I said. I walked into the bathroom with a towel and grabbed my loofa. I took a quick 10 minute shower and when I came out I saw that Emma had my hair straightener plugged up and she had my makeup supplies all ready. I sat down and dried off and got dressed into the clothes she picked out for me. I sat down at the vanity and began on my makeup. I put on a little bit of mascara, chap stick, curled my eyelashes, put some concealer, eyeliner, primer, bronzer , lipstick, powder, and eye shadow on. I was soon ready to go and I grabbed my keys and left with Emma. We pulled up to the studio with 5 minutes to spare. "Brittany! Emma!" The fans yelled. They soon started chanting our ship name Bremma. i wanted to go and talk to them so badly but we didn't have enough time. "I'm so sorry guys! I wanna talk to you so badly but we don't have much time to get inside of the studio. If your still here later I promise to stop and talk to you guys." I explained to them. Emma and I jogged inside and we took our seats next to Sasha (Another Pro Dancer On The Show) and Riker. "Hey" Riker whispered in my ear. "Hey." I said back and quickly hugged his side. "Okay so we called this emergency meeting because we are short a dancer for the opening number." The producers said. "Do we have any volunteers?" Everybody looked around. I saw nobody volunteering so I raised my hand slowly but surely. "I'll do it." I said. "Brittany thank you so much darling. Okay now we need a male pro to dance with the lovely Brittany. Any volunteers?" The producers asked once again. All the boys were rushing to raise their hand and fighting over who would get to dance with me, even Riker was and he wasn't even a male pro. I blushed and turned a deep shade of red. "Riker your not even a male pro." One of the producers said. He blushed and everybody laughed and awed as I kissed his cheek. "Okay um Sasha were gonna put you in with Brittany. Thanks." The producers decided. He nodded his head and turned and smiled at me. I smiled back and turned back to the producers. "Okay since you guys are here so early and rehearsals don't start for another couple of hours you guys can go and do whatever you want than come back in time for practice. Or you can stay here and practice more." The producers dismissed us. "Hey Britt. Wanna go get some food with me? It could be like a pre-date for later." Riker asked me. I opened my mouth and was about to answer when Jenna, Witney, Emma, and Haley came up to me. "Hey Brittany do you wanna come get something to eat with us? It will be so much fun. We'd love it if you came." Jenna explained. "Oh sorry guys can I take a rain check? I was just about to go on a date with Riker. I hope you guys don't mind maybe we can all go out some other time?" I asked. "Yeah of course girl, i'm sad you cant come, have fun on your date though!" Haley said. "Thanks so much bye girls! Have fun!" I said waving as they started walking away. "Bye Brittany! Bye Riker!" They called back. "Bye girls!" Riker called to them and wrapped his arm around my waist while we waved goodbye to them. "So how about that date?" I turned around smiling. Riker laughed and wrapped his arms completely around my waist and planting a quick kiss on my lips. He grabbed my hand and we began walking down the street hand in hand. We ended up at the local Starbucks. "Hi welcome to Starbucks may I take your order?" The worker asked. "Hi! Um can I have an Iced Peach Green Tea please." I gave her my order. "Okay and for you sir?" She asked Riker. "Um can I also have an Iced Peach Green Tea. Thanks." He ordered. "Okay, and will that be all for today?" She asked. "Um, Britt do you think that everybody back at the studio would want something?" He looked down and asked me. I nodded. "Okay, um can I also have a box full of crossiants and cookies?" He asked. "Of course and will that be all for today sir?" She asked him again. "Yes." "Okay. Your total is gonna come up to $31.00, and the names on the cups will be?" The worker politely said. "Riker on one, Brittany on the other please." "Okay." "I'm gonna go half on it with you Rik." I said. He nodded. "Fine but next time im paying for the whole thing." "Okay." i whispered, smiling, and shaking my head knowing that I would get my way and pay for some of it. I grabbed the correct amount of money out of my wallet along with Riker and we sat down at a table and waited for her to call our names. We talked and than our names were called, "Riker and Brittany!" We got up and walked over and grabbed our order. We left and went to the park. We took a few pictures and even posted some of them on instagram. My favorite however was this one, I posted it on my instagram (Picture in the media). My instagram soon started blowing up and I saw that Riker had posted the same exact picture and captioned it, "The Park Is Life 😍" and tagged me in it. I liked and commented, "Especially with your favorite person 😍❤️"After that everybody stated freaking out. We just laughed. "So, about that date tonight. Be ready at 6 and dress cute but casual." He told me. "Okay. After rehearsal are you going to come back to my house? I missed you sleeping over." I said rubbing his shoulders. "Yeah sure I will. Do you still have extra clothes I could borrow?" He asked. "Actually, no. Do you wanna run and get some now? It's fine I can drive." I said getting up and grabbing my keys. "Hey, hey, hey. No, I can just have Ryland drop some off for me. I will have him drop off a whole bunch of clothes, so that when i'm there I have clean clothes and when i'm gone you can steal my clothes and wear them around the house and outside of the house because you look extremely cute, and adorable in my clothes, and you look way better in them than I ever did and ever will." Riker gushed to me. "Awww Rik. Thank you so much for all of the compliments. Your the best boyfriend ever, i'm so lucky to have you." I gushed back. "No your the best girlfriend, and i'm so lucky to have you. Not the other way around." He told me. I mentally awwe'd. I hugged him and kissed him passionately on the lips.

                                                                                ~Later at Brittany's house~

Dance rehearsals had finished and we just got home from eating out at Olive Garden. My family flew out from Utah (I know she is from California but lets pretend that shes from Utah for the sake of the story k thanks babes) just to meet Riker for the first time ever. "So how was my family? Did you like them?" I asked Riker. "Yeah I did actually. It was an amazing dinner although I think your dad hates me." He said. "Well why would you think that?" I asked taking off my shoes and sweater putting them in the appropriate spots. "Well all through out dinner he kept staring at me and you and would like make a hand gesture for me telling me that i'm a little too close to you." He explained. "For his liking.  He only did all of that because he is still not used to the fact that his little girl is grown up and dating. All dads are like that to their daughters in some shape or form I like to believe." I said. He nodded and laughed as we headed upstairs. I took off all of my makeup and changed my clothes. Riker did the same. We just had a movie night. "So what do you wanna watch?" i jumped on the couch into Riker's lap. "Uhm how about we watch Finding Nemo." HE suggested. "OK." i nodded in agreement. I got up and put in the disc than about halfway through the movie I was a crying mess. "Babe, are you crying?" Riker asked me laughing. "Don't laugh. This is sad." I said. "How?" He turned me around in his lap. "Because, he cant find his dad and his dad and dory are searching for him and it's just so depressing Rik." I said through my tears. "Haha." Riker threw his head back in laughter. "See this is why I love you." He said. "What?" I asked and stopped crying immediately. "What? What?" Riker asked panicking. "What did you just say? Did you mean it?" I questioned him. "I, I, I, I, uhhhhh..." He trailed off.

Hey babes! Oooh Riker and Brittany sounds like things are getting serious with them 😉 Riker dropped the L bomb. He said it! I promised this chapter to go up today but I don't know if I told you guys. Anyways this idea special chapter to me because my favorite ship is getting closer and closer. Next thing I know this book will be finished now I wanna cry. Anyways today is my birthday! So I was like last week "hmmm I haven't updated in a while and I have been working on this update for the longest lets finish it up. And post it on my birthday!" And that day is today!!!
