Foggy Day

"Ah fucking a! I'm going to be late again!" I yelled looking at my clock, getting out of bed. "No time to get dressed" I said and looked at my pj's which was black short shorts and a grey tank top, I grabbed a dark blue flannel shirt and my black hoodie. "Shit, shit, shit!" I said running to school, it was a couple of miles away. I ran across the crosswalk since I had the right away, when a car came out of nowhere and almost hit me. "Are you blind! Or are you just stupid!" I yelled at the driver and ran into the building, "Hey Luna! You almost didn't make it, here I grabbed you some breakfast from McDonalds." Said a blonde girl, a junior in my school her names Susannah, but I call her Sin. "Thanks Sin," I opened the bag and pulled out the sausage biscuit, "Oh my god I love you sooooo much right now." I said taking a bite of the biscuit, she looked at me and said "you just got of bed didn't you." I nodded still stuffing my face and said with my mouthful "I almost got hit with a car too." She looked at me blankly and said "well that's attractive." I smiled and looked out the door as the car that almost hit me parked in the lot, I scrunched up my face and said "Speaking of assholes here comes the person that almost hit me." We watched as a guy got out of the black mustang, he was tall, had dark brown hair, kinda tan, and clearly worked out but wasn't like over bulky. "Come on Senna lets get to class." Sin said, she only used my real name when she gets annoyed, breaking my glare at the guy as he walked in.

We got to Drama class, which for us was sit there and paint class, and sat down. "Senna Autumn, they want to see you in the office." Said Ms. Williams, I sighed at my full name and walked up to the office. I was walking and bumped into Anthony, "Oh, hey babe." He said stopping me, "don't call me that." I said sighing. He smiled and said "where ya going?" I held my annoyed face and said sarcastically, "What's it to ya?" He got closer to me and said "I'd like to know where my girl is." I grabbed his hand and twisted his arm, forcing him to kneel in front of me. "Back off, I'm not your girl, I'm not anyone's, final warning before I cut your dick off and feed it to you." I growled, my eyes turning bright blue, he whimpered "ok, I'm sorry," I let him go and started walking away, "and this is why you'd make a great alpha." He finished rubbing his hand. "Whatever, I'm not fighting Constance for it." I said waving my hand, I walked into the office and said "you wanted to see me?" The secretary looked at me and said "yes, we need you to escort Mr....." She said gesturing to the guy from earlier and he said "Argent." He looked at me, I was still facing the secretary and said ignoring him "why do I have to escort him? Can't someone else do it?" She shook her head and said "you're the only one in the welcoming committee that isn't having a test right now." I sighed and said "well damn," I turned to Argent, and finished "come on you." I walked and said "you got a first name Argent?" He looked at me as I looked at his schedule, "Hunter, my names Hunter, aren't you a little ray of sunshine." I laughed a little and said "well Hunter, considering the fact you almost ran me over today, do you really expect me to be a sunshine fairy that poops out rainbows?" His eyes widened and said "Oh shit! That was you! I'm sooooo sorry, are you ok?" I sighed and laughed. "I'm fine come on you have all day with me the sunshine fairy." I said and he smiled and asked "you have a name? Little miss sunshine fairy?" I stopped in front of the classroom and said "Senna Autumn, but everyone calls me Luna." He nodded in agreement and said "cool nice to meet you Luna, this the class?" I nodded and opened the door. "Ah good you're both just in time for an improv group assignment." Ms. Williams said, as I walked to my seat and said quietly as the actors picked there members and acted "Sin, Hunter, Hunter, Sin." She looked at him and glared and said to me "isn't he the one that almost hit you?" I nodded and said "yeah he is, he apologized." Hunter looked at us and said "looks like we have another sunshine fairy." I smirked and Sin glared harder, I looked at her and said "Susannah," my eyes flashed bright blue again "Fine!" She said, started to pout.

"Ok Hunter Argent, Pick your group!" Ms. Williams said loudly waking me up, "Ummm," he looked awkwardly around, I looked at Nikie who was drooling over him already and she jumped out of her seat volunteering. "Two more Mr. Argent." Ms. Williams said, he looked at me, I started shaking my head, he smiled and said "Luna, and Mark." I walked up there and whispered to Hunter, "I hate you." He laughed. "Ok Mr. Argent pick your scene." Ms. Williams said "Ok it's me and Luna against the evil sunshine fairies." He said, I immediately busted out laughing. "Ok Ms. Autumn that was uncalled for!" Ms. Williams scolded me. I regained composer and started. "Great another cloudy day." I said walking around and looking up, bumping into Hunter. "Hey Luna what's wrong? you normally run into my car." He said playing off what happened this morning. I looked at him with a frown and said "it's these damned sunshine fairies they keep making it cloudy for their tea parties!" I looked over at Nikie and Mark who were now skipping. "Ehehehe no will ever enjoy the sun again!" Nikie said, Hunter got behind me and said "Oh no! how do we defeat them?" I looked at him and said since Nikie was drooling over him still. "with a kiss, if you kiss me since I'm a witch they'll die." he looked at me and said "alright." he put his hand behind my head and pulled me to him, and kissed me. Nikie and Mark fell on the floor, Nikie glared at me for the rest of class.

I had Ap Politics with one of my best friends and Emissary to our pack Kayla, I walked in with Hunter following closely behind me. "hey about that kiss." he said quietly as we sat down, "what about it?" I asked, he looked at me and said "it was really good." I laughed as Kayla sat down next to me. "what's funny?" she asked, "oh something that happened in Drama class this morning." I said getting out my notebook. "I heard you almost got hit by a car." I looked at Hunter who was blushing, due to embarrassment. "yeah, the driver is sitting beside me." I said nodding my head at Hunter, Kayla leaned forward a little and looked at him and said "oh hi, I'm Kayla and I'm surprised Sin didn't rip you a new one." I giggled and he said "Hi I'm Hunter and she tried but Senna stopped her." I raised my eyebrow and Kayla said "oh Senna huh?" she looked at me and smiled, "stop it mama bear." I said laughing quietly. "Ladies! Do I need to separate you two this early in the year?" said Mr. Shekman. "no sir we were just discussing our project with Mr. Argent, since he's new we figured we'd let him work with us." Kayla said like a true diplomat, "very well, now class you have until tomorrow to come up with a likely solution for stopping a conflict with three diplomats, with compromises." he said loudly as everyone except three people Nikie, Haley, and Taylor was silent. They were talking about how cute Hunter's butt is and wondered how big he is, I could hear them due to my werewolf hearing. "Hey Setta how is the misfit clan today?" Taylor said, pissing me and I retorted with "Probably better than the hamster up your ass." she got pissed and said "At least I'm not one of the only virgins in school!" I looked at her blankly and said "hey it's better than being denied all the time because you have too many infections." she really got red with anger and said "At least my parents aren't dead!" the class fell silent and all eyes were on me, I was standing fists clenched tears in my eyes, and I yelled "At least I'm not a spoiled bitch that feels she has to sleep with every fucking guy in the school!" I stormed out the room.

I ran to the stairwell with the huge window that no one goes to, and sat facing the window my face buried in my knees. "Senna? where are you?" I heard Hunter say, Kayla and Sin said a the same time "follow us." the door opened at the top of the stairwell. They came down the stairs and sat next to me, Hunter stood behind me, not really sure what to do. Kayla and Sin hugged me, "its ok Luna, Sheck, sent her out to the principal's office." Kayla said, "I heard and saw you running to here so I asked to be excused." Sin said, I stayed silent looking out the window, "I don't really know what to do, because I just met you but, what she said was out of line." Hunter said looking at me. I just looked out the window and said "Its a bad first day." and put my head on Kayla's shoulder. For the rest of the day Hunter tried to cheer me up, it was working a little until I got a text from Constance, you see I'm her beta, meaning second in command. "Luna, there is someone coming after me, another Alpha, he's going to try and kill me." she said, "do you know when?" I asked, she replied " Tonight." I sighed out loud and replied " so what do you want me to do?" There was a pause and she texted " come with me but be hidden, before he comes I'm making you the Alpha." I sunk down in my seat and sighed loudly. Hunter looked at me I threw my head back and looked at the clock, it was about time to go. After school I went home where someone was waiting on me.
