The relationship between best friends is easily damaged. It only takes a joke gone wrong, a misunderstanding, anything as easy as that can destroy the relationship. This is the stroy of how I learned that lesson the heard way.
One day at school I was eating lunch as usual and I was joking around with my best friend and some other close friends. Then I started to venture off course and blurted out one of Alice's, my best friend, secrets.
I hadn'trealized it at the time, but it was a big secret. Later that day she went home crying. I didnt find out until after school. When my mom told me I burst into tears. I had seriously hurt her.
I called her and got no where. So finally our moms sent up a meeting. We went out to eat diacussed what had happened. Then we had to ens it early because i had cried and gotten myself so worked up tjat i had made myself sick.
After that me and Alice weren't the same. We were just good friends. I learned that day that the relationship between best friends is easily damaged.
Alice when tou read this you willknow who you are. I am so sorry for what I did. I cant tell you that enough. I would have told you this privately but any time I tried I would cry. I love you so much. I dont know what I would do if I lost you. You are such an important part if what makes me me.
