Will Fame Change Them?

Saturday Night. Chapter 3.

Courtney's POV:
Recap-
A happy, giggly Paige plopped down beside me. I gave her a "You better tell me everything later" look. She nodded.
Present:
We left the ice cream shop around 12:30 and we all went our separate ways. Paige came with me to my house and the boys went to do whatever they did. When Paige and I got to my house, the first thing I blurt out is, "Tell me what he said to you." Paige immediately started grinning and a blush crept up on her cheeks. "Well, he asked me to be his girlfriend-", I cut her off by screaming, very loudly I may add, "HE ASKED YOU TO BE HIS GIRLFRIEND!!!", she covered her ears to block how loud I was..oops. She nodded and sat back on the couch, took out her phone and I guess texted Louis because she was smiling like the cat from Alice in Wonderland. I took a spot next to her and took my phone out and texted Niall. I really like him, but I don't wanna tell anyone. I don't even wanna tell Paige, is that bad? But I shook the thought away and proceeded to text Niall.
To-Best Guy Friend
"Hey!! Whatcha doing? (:" I sent he message and walked into the kitchen looking for food. It was only 2:30 and I kind of missed hanging with the boys, so I thought of an idea!

"Nothing much sitting and chilling at Harry's house. Why?" I read in my head and I really wanted to tell him I liked him, so I was going to meet him at the park nearby and tell him.
To-Best Guy Friend
"Can you meet me at the park near my house. I wanna tell you something." I typed with shaky hands and a nervous feeling in my stomach. My phone dinged and I read a simple "Okay." from Niall. I got up and told Paige I was gonna go for a walk and that I'd be back in a bit and she nodded as I walked to the door and outside on the porch. I started making my way towards the park and started thinking about stuff. Good thing my parents were on a business trip in San Diego. They were almost never home because of work and all that mess. I was 18 and knew how to take care of myself. My parents were CEO's of a huge company here and they were always away so I never see them that often. I finally got to the park and sat down waiting for Niall to get here. As soon as I thought that, I look up and see a blonde hair and blue eyed Niall looking down at me. He took a seat next to me and looked at me with concern in his eyes. He looked at me with furrowed eyebrows and said "You wanted to tell me something? Is it bad? Did I do something wrong?" I shook my head and laughed "No Niall, everything is fine..I just want to tell you something so I don't have to think about it all the time." He nodded understanding what I had just said. I was so nervous about telling him but I managed to get it out. "Niall, I,uh, I like you...I've liked you for a long time and tried to hold my feelings back from showing but I just have to tell you so I won't keep thinking about it." I said with a nervous tone and looking down. I looked up to see him with a huge ass grin plastered on his face. I gave him a confused look and he just picked me up and cupped my face with his hands and kissed me. It was so gentle, sweet, soft and I didn't want it to come to an end. Before I knew it, it was over in 2 seconds. Niall looks at me with a smile and says, "Courtney, I've felt the same way about you since we were sophomores in high school. Now that I finally know you love me back I can ask you the question I've always wanted to ask you." I looked at him internally screaming and jumping up and down. His eyes were shining bright blue into my green/hazel eyes. He took a deep breath, looked at me and asked "Courtney Michelle, will you be my girlfriend and make me the happiest guy ever?" I nodded my head furiously speechless and gave him a huge hug. It was now almost 4:30 and I decided to head back to my house. Me and Niall said our goodbyes and went separate ways. Once I got home I asked Paige if she wanted to go to the movies with the boys tonight. She, of course, said yes, so I called Niall and told him to put me on speaker and I asked "Do you guys want to come to the movies with Paige and I?" They all screamed yes at the same time. I thought I went deaf for a moment. I told them there was a movie at 5:30 we could meet up at the mall but they insisted on picking us up so with that we said our goodbyes and hung up. "PAIGE WE ONLY HAVE AN HOUR AND A HALF TO GET READY!!" I yelled walking up the stairs. I looked through my closet to see what I had and found a sweater that said "Fry Day" with a picture of fries on it, some skinny jeans and my Winnie the pooh vans. I curled my blonde hair and did a smokey eye for my hazel eyes. I put on my jewelry and walked out of the bathroom. Paige had on a bird summer dress, it looked really good on her, she had MK flats along with MK hoop dangling earrings and a necklace to go with her earrings. She put her brown hair in curls with a half-up and half-down-do. She had on pink eyeshadow to go with her blue eyes. She looked really stunning. Damn, she was beautiful. But hey, so was I. She gasped when I walked out, "O.M.G Courtney you look absolutely gorgeous, like always!" I blushed slightly and told her she looked just as gorgeous as I did. We got our phones and walked down stairs, right when we stepped off of the last step, the door bell rang notifying us the boys were here. I opened the door, the boys just stood there with their mouths open, drooling. "Close your mouths boys, you're gonna choke on a bug", I said laughing. They all blushed and told us we looked beautiful. We got in the car and left to the movies. I sat beside Niall, Paige sat beside Louis, who sat beside Harry in the back seat. Liam drove and Zayn was in the passenger seat. They were driving Liam's hummer, it was black with black leather seats and might I add, it was really shiny. We finally got to the movie theater and piled out of the hummer. We were going to see The Jungle Book, (I know it's not out yet until the 15th just bare with me), then go out to dinner. Nothing fancy for dinner but like Olive Garden fancy. We got our tickets and got seated in the theater and soon the movie started. After an hour or two the movie ended, it was 7:30. We decided to go Olive Garden. We got there in 15 minutes or so, ordered our food, ate, talked and then just sat in silence for a few before a waitress came to give us the check. It wasn't much to be honest, it was $50.67. I was gonna pay for it, but Niall got to it before I did. We paid and left. The drive home was nice. We listened to music, sang along to songs, that's when I heard the five boys sing together as a whole. I told Paige to mouth the words instead of actually singing them so we could hear them. Man, they sound really good as a band! They dropped me and Paige off. Niall kissed me goodnight, same with Louis and Paige. We waved bye before walking in the house. We both walked up the stairs, tired and dragging our feet. We both got changed into sweats and a tank top, climbed into my bed and fell asleep as soon as our heads hit the pillow.
