Intruder!

?'s POV

I watched my crew members all at work, we were closer than ever to waking Kyogre. I grinned to myself, nothing could go wrong anymore, the annoying kid, who is very persistent but not very smart, was delt with and I'd be suprised if they wanted to come and try to stop me again only to lose. I started to relax slightly until the walls started parting and a submarine came in. "Welcome to the base, men" I greeted, hoping they hadnt caused trouble and caught attention, "get to your stations, and switch positions with the others, so they can rest before we put our plan into action!"

  I barked out orders to my crew as soon as they stepped out of the submarine. I relaxed as they all scrambled away to complete the tasks I had given them. I started to walk away to do my own work when something caught my eye, the water started rippling as if something-or someone was hiding. I shook my head and dismissed the idea, a rock as probably just sunk into the water or maybe a curious pokemon. I just wanted to focus on Kyogre, it was enough to have some kid and Maxie trying to stop me. I set off again, going to check that everyone was doing what they were told and finally went to get my stuff done.

  I had taken about three steps before I saw the rippling again. I looked closer and saw something red in the water, which seemed to be a gyarados. I studied the tail a bit more and saw something strange, the gyarados had a human half. I stared at the creature, who seemed to be female, and thought maybe she was here to stop me too. My thoughts had made me momentarily forget that she was an intruder. She poked her head out of the water, not noticing me. "Intruder!" I called out, much to the suprise of the mermaid creature. People who had gone to rest rushed over, some left their posts to see what the commotion was about.

  "Whats Archie talking about?? Is he sure he saw anything at all?" There was a flurry of questions as the mermaid tried to hide again. I grabbed a pokeball and grumbled to myself. "Im tired of all these distractions..." I threw out Sharpedo, who wasted no time in chasing after the mermaid. "Use Poison Fang!" I commanded, frustrated.

Authors notes: so, Archies perspective is written by Alex. This should be a fun crack ship to work with. This fic will probably feature shorter chapters than what I usually put, but Idk.
