chapter two: pov josh

i noticed tyler getting faint then i saw the blood.
j: TYLER, TYLER, ANSWER PLEASE!
he fell to the ground. i saw his cuts were deeper then i thought. and alot more then i thought. i picked him up and carried him out the door and put him in my car front seat.
j: its okay tyler i promise. just make me a promise. please stay alive....stay alive for me. you are all i have. i know i just met you but who fucking cares. your the love of my fucking life. i dont think i can live with out you. i really dont think i can.
the car ride was long but calm. i had a a towel around his bloody arm. at stop lights i looked at him and cried without really noticing. i just felt the wetness on my cheeks and was use to it.

we finally arrived to the hospital after an hour i believe. i carried tyler in. he was wrapped in a blanket.
j: this is uh my uh friend tyler and he had cut and scratched at them and they look deep and he passed out and i just dont kno-
nurse: its okay we get cases like this all the time.
she called for a man i didnt hear his name he came out with a patient bed. he had orange hair and beautiful eyes. his name tag read tanner. i put tyler on the bed tanner had for him. he started to roll it away.
j: wait,wait can i come to please i need to stay with him.
tanner: im afraid now sir he is going to be in phyc. unit for awhile maybe a week eith these cuts.
j: PLEASE NO DONT TAKE HIM I NEED HIM WITH ME.
nurse: its okay you did the right thing young man.
j: but..i need him.

i sat alone with tyler in my head. i drank some in went to bed. i miss tyler here. i miss his smile. his laugh. his voice. i miss him. i kept thinking that over and over like a broken track. i miss you...please never leave me. then i remember:
j: would you mind being well, mine?
t: id fucking love to.
what if he doesnt want me anymore?
