After a few minutes they were all watching football. They had three bowls of popcorn. One for Korbin, one for Joseph, and one for both Ross and John.
John got the basics of the game, but didn't exactly understand everything. Joseph gladly told him everything that was happening. Soon, Korbin was asleep as his head was on Joseph's lap. John looked over at them every once in a while and smiled. He held Ross's hand. Then everyone had a smile on their face.
A few minutes later Joseph had also fallen asleep. Ross then whispered to John, "They do this a lot. It kind of made me jealous." He admitted. John then got an idea. He got into the same position on Ross as Korbin was on Joseph. "Just like them." John smiled and closed his eyes. Ross smiled and brushed his fingers through John's hair. Soon, everyone was asleep.
About half an hour later John's phone buzzed. He looked at his phone. It was SeRena. The text said, " The best yway ever had to go back in my head hurts and my dad and my sister and my dad and my sister and my mom and I love it so I could have done a good time waster but you can't be bothered by it and it was not immediately available to all of them in my head and my sister is a good time with you guys." Then after that text it read, "Sorry, Berkliegh took my phone and typed that jibberish." John just smiled and texted back, "it's fine.". He looked at Korbin and Joseph and saw that Joseph was awake.
"You awake?" Joseph asked as a joke. "Well duh." John replied and sat up. "You want to know why Korbin can't speak?" Joseph asked. "Sure." "When he was 5 he found out he had laryngeal cancer. Cancer in his vocal cords. He got surgery for it. After that he could never speak again. He tries hard to learn how to speak again, but it's tough when you could barely talk as a child." He explained. "That makes sense..." "But don't feel sorry for him. He wouldn't be my menacing giant with a voice.." he laughed at his own joke. John laughed too. Ross then woke up.
Berkliegh then texted John. "Hey bud you gotta come home. Something may or may not have happened." It read. John sighed. "Ross can you take me home?" He asked his lover. Ross nodded. "Sure man. You gotta direct me though. I don't know where you live yet." John nodded.
On the way home, John thought about Korbin and Joseph. They seemed to really like each other. Almost like the perfect couple. He wondered if Ross and him would turn out the same way. He smiled at the thought.
