Chapter 1

Megan

I'm Megan Walker , My father works for the FBI but its different. Its special , not like the other jobs. And some how I'm involved  .

'Beep' 'Beep' my alarm clock goes off, I sigh. Mondays ........ and a new school.........

I lifted my sore body off my bed , reaching for my alarm clock to turn it off. another day of being alone, means I get the house to myself as always . Shuffling to my closet I grab my school uniform and quickly change out of my fuzzy pajamas . grabbing some black vans to match my attire i make my way to the kitchen down stairs . Grabbing a protein shake and my car keys I head for the door. What kind of car? Well nothing special just the new Cadillac CTS, an ok car.

Entering my car I start it and drive off. Drinking my protein shake while driving I get stuck behind a bus. huffing I turn the radio on to something pop . " blah blah blah" the people babbled on about stupid lives of famous people. 'this is bull crap I don't want to listen to some ones life if I don't care about them, there are more important things in life to talk about' I thought.

Looking around I notice these two people , looks like brother a sister. they both had dirty blond hair and piercing blue eyes, although the boy had both green and blue eyes. Noticing my gaze the boy smiles at me and winks. They get into there car, a Honda and pull up behind me. the bus starts to move and I drive at the same pace behind them going about 25.

arriving at the school about ten minutes later , people flooded the out side of the school. Talking in there little groups they had formed. turning there gaze to my car they watch me pull in and empty space in the second row I hop out as people still watched me . Whispering in there groups I couldn't make out there comments but I could care less what they said .

the boy and girl pulled up on the side of my car . I walked a cross the road getting close to the school ignoring the boy from before and the stares the all the boys were giving me. I quickly head for then main office speeding past people around me. I open the door to an old lady sitting at the desk reading .

"yes dearie?" the woman asked. I stand up strait  and speak slowly, "Hello ma'am I'm umm Megan Walker a new student ." The lady looks up from her book and gives me a warm smile ,and hands me a schedule . " Welcome too our school I hope you enjoy your time hear!' she said with joy. I give her a nod and exit , ' I hope so to' I thought. walking the hall ways again people were staring at me , 'what did I do?' I think. shrugging my thoughts off I head to my looker which is thankfully written on my schedule. 'room 114 locker 209'i read . looking around I spot room 209, following the row of lockers I fine mine.

opening my looker someone comes up on the side of me , looking at me. I look up to see the boy from before ," hello I'm Nathen Carther " he smiles at me with his pearly smile . the hall way went silent, " I'm Megan Walker' I say emotionlessly .  grabbing my stuff from my locker  I shut it and turn my gaze back to him," well Megan " he said , " I hope we are acquainted" he said with a smirk. ignoring the fact he's probably is popular and the smirk he gave me I walk away from him.

a group of girls walk up to me, what seems to be the leader is snapping her gum around in her mouth looks at me . " were you just talking to my Nathen?" she said popping out the word 'my'. I look at her ," he came to talk , but yes I talked to him for a short time" I tell her . she snorts, " stay away from him he's mine " she clearly doesn't know what happened . "you have the wrong idea I wasn't making a move on him" I say . she just glares at me and walks away. ' is this how normal people act?' I thought. shrugging off what had just happened I walk into my homeroom.

the teacher greeted me and told me to sit in the back corner , which besides the looks I was getting from the people around me I nodded thanking her sitting in the back . "that's the new girl?" some girl said . "looks hot" the guy said to his friends . " hey she gets to sit on the side of Nathan!" a girl said ," lucky!" whispers went around the room about me . 'hot? puh-lease im not hot.' I thought to myself .

the bell rang and everyone hurried into the class sitting in there a signed seats. " welcome our new student Megan  Walker!" the teacher announced pointing my way, again the whispers. I sigh again another school , with lots of drama....
