A few minutes later I sat on the edge of an opened up ambulance car. My hands were clasped together in a prayer formation as they rubbed together frantically. A orange blanket was wrapped tightly around my shoulders, my golden pointed ears pressed against my head. I sniffled, not noticing the large tears streaming my golden cheeks.

The wet tears darkened the spots on my fur where they fell... I watched the paws and hooves of fellow animals running around. I wiped my tears away, taking in a shaky, hurtful breath.

Two pairs of quiet footsteps approached me as I clenched my blood stained paws into right fists. I felt my claws pop out, digging into my sensitive paws. "I already answered all of your questions. Now please to away..." I said quietly, looking up as I... Kinda winced. A bunny. A predator and a prey? They didn't go well in the same room.

I didn't notice the fox, before he spoke.

"Nah. We want to annoy you even more Goldilocks." He said with a smirk, the tinted black vintage glass hiding his eyes.

I frown, my heart flaring in anger as I flashed him a glare. I opened my mouth, about to snap back at the fox before the bunny stopped me.

"Shut up Nick, her dad just had a seizure!" The bunny said, smacking a.... Carrot at the fox's face.

I sighed and once again placed my head into my paws, swaying side to side. I didn't have time for this. My only beloved family was in the hospital and I couldn't go to him.

The bunny frowned and cleared her throat, straightened herself. Not that made her look any bigger. Myself and... Nick?, were taller than her.

"The names Judy Hopps, and this is Nicholas Wilde. We're with the police service, except we're much interesting." Judy said with a wide grin, her ears twitching in excitement.

I nodded slowly, looking up from my paws with a small frown. "W-Well... Nice to m-meet you two also. My names (Y/n) (L/n), I'm the daughter of the man who just had a seizure." I said quietly, staring intently at the two.

Judy nodded and scribbled something down on her notebook pad. "Alright, thanks. Now, I'm going to ask you some questions that the other police officers haven asked about." She said with a smile, tapping her carrot pen against her notebook.

I nodded slowly once more, glancing at the... Bored but handsome fox at her side.

Judy's voice snapped me out of my thoughts as I turned to look at her.

"Alright, so, when your dad came downstairs to talk to you, did you notice anything suspicious?" The bunny asked, leaning in. I leaned back slighrly, staring at her twitching nose.

Nick snorted and pulled Judy back by the shoulder. "Now now, calm down carrot." He said, patting her head as Judy flashed him a glare.

I couldn't help but smile... Before my heart sunk in depression at the sight of them. I never had friends as close as them. No one wanted a freakish gold mine as a friend.

I held back my sudden sadness and concentrated on what had happened almost thirty minutes before. My brain searched frantically through the memory's- and I could see everything that I had seen, heard, and felt.

My large (e/c) eyes snapped open after a few minutes. "The needle." I blurted out as I jumped up, tossing the orange shock blanket over Nicks face.

"The needle!" I yelled, running back towards my dad's garden store like a man woman. I jumped over the police tape that screamed the words 'KEEP OUT'. I panted, dodging the police animals and paramedics and scientists.

A few of the police officers tried to stop me, but I was too fast. I heard the voices of Nick and Judy, yelling at me. But no one could stop me. Because after all these years of pain and tears and yelling; no one cold ever stop (Y/n). No one.

I practically tripped over my own feet as I spotted the untouched trash can. I feel to my knees, my paws shaking in anticipation as I clawed at the trash can, yanking out the garbage bag.

I looked through it frantically, my eyes wide as I yelled in relief and took out a small metal needle. "Needle!" I yelled, turning around with a wide crazy grin on my lips, panting heavily.

All of the paramedics and police officers stared at me like I was crazy... And my confidence faltered.

But then I remembered something my dad had told me when I was twelve. All the kids would make fun of me for always getting the answers right.

But my father always used to say, "Don't listen to them, sweetheart, they're just jealous because you have the looks and the brains." And... I guess today, he would be right.

I stood up, carefully pinching the small needle between my furry fingers. I looked towards Judy, my eyes flashing dangerously. "Judy," I said, in a calm, but yet dangerous type of voice, "This is a vital piece of information. Before my father came downstairs I heard struggling from our upstairs apartment. Minutes later, he came down with this small needle lodged into the back of his neck. I, of course, thought it was a simple cactus needle, since my father can get in the most unusual of places.... But how I was so wrong." I whispered, staring down the officer.

Judy stared back, surprise filling her head before she shook her head and cleared her throat. "Um... Yeah." She said, eyeing me nervously.

Nick walked over, the orange shock  blanket still on his head. Me and Judy stared at him, our eyebrows raised and confusion.

Nick placed his hands on his hips and shrugged. "I'm making a fashion statement." He said with a grin, whipping off his tinted glasses.

Judy burst out laughing and doubled over, while I simply smiled. I handed the small needle to a paredemic, starting to chuckle. And then I start to laugh, putting my head in my hands as I started to laugh harder. Nick didn't seen all so bad..... But those eyes seem to kill me. Those gorgeous green eyes.
